The process was really easy. Online doc consultation, at home sti testing kit (or you can go in to an office for it). They got and posted my results and said the doc approved my subscription. But after that, nothing. It's been a month now and despite contacting them multiple times I have heard nothing on how to get my medication. I've given up and gone back to Mistr. Which is also has issues getting your medication to you, but at least they respond when you contact them.

use MISTR or local clinics

their response is super slow, their phone line does not work and only accept voice mail that they don't return. Their administration is very inefficient.

Use alternative options. they provide the same service without the frustration Go Freddie put you through

The practitioner was very courteous, professional and easy to talk with. I felt comfortable chatting and discussing my health issues.

The whole process is quick, efficient, respectful, discreet, easy to navigate. In a word 'PERFECT'.

I'm a newcomer and had my first appointment. Those positive reviews you see about Freddie are true - the process is simple to follow (and simple means organized, thorough, with well-trained personnel), staff are amazing (nice, diligent, competent and present) and the place is neat. David, my nurse, made it feel like a conversation you have with an old friend, gave me all the info I needed and performed the lab tests with care and dexterity.

Awful. Waiting almost 2 weeks for medication to be filled. No responses, no followup to communication.

Clinician was very knowledgeable and kind. I was open and honest about private things and there was absolutely no judgement or anything on their side of it. They were understanding of my situation and provided facts and insight into my options. Going into it i thought it was going to be heavy conversation or at the very least awkward, but there was none of that- it was light and easy.

Signing up was a breeze, the tele-health/virtual option is great for someone like me as ive been putting this visit off because im deterred from doctor visits to avoid sitting in a waiting room 2 hours passed when my appointment was supposed to be, after getting there early.

They tell you to sign in 5 minutes early for your Freddie visit so you’re ready- i was running maybe 2 minutes late, signed in, and someone was with me after about a minute of sitting there. A health provider being 2 minutes early may not seem like much to the average person but for someone like me that’s huge!

Would definitely recommend!
