It was very easy to send off and the instructions were very clear. The only thing that was disappointing was being paid less than expected, but that was due to the condition of my phone not being what they expected.

Great communication through out and was processed really fast. Will be using them for all future gadgets

This company, don’t even know what to say anymore.
I sent 2 phones in back in February 2026, and still have not recieved payment for either.
One phone was offered a lower payment which I accepted.
The second was sent to technical as the Apple ID hadn’t been removed. That was all fine.
They’ve since said that the second phone was lots during the delivery to them. This is an absolute joke, avoid at all costs. Phones have basically been stolen. Contacted the customer service via email and WhatsApp multiple times and just being ignored!
Customer service contacted me 19th of June following a poor review by me on trust pilot and they are now ghosting me

I recycled my old IPhone with this company. The process was easy and hassle free with payment paid directly to my account. The valuation was fair and I was happy with the outcome. Overall I was happy with the service from GoGreen Gadgets.

I am not one for writing reviews i sent to iphones into this company and all seems to be well received price for the one and told any separate device would follow after many emails and very few replies i am still waiting to find out where the second phone is or what has happened to it i am very disappointed in the service and customer care that this company has provided i just hope that they will get back to me and paid me for the other phone they still have

It was quick efficient and there was constant communication along the way, fast payment at the end, would use again and recommend 👍🏻

It was so easy it was great went on and got sent my quote and postage label same day and when then received my phone got the payment same day it’s easy to do and a great way to make money for a phone that’s just gonna be sat collecting dust

Awful company. Sold my phone on the basis of £75 quote only to be told when they received it, it was £5! The phone was in absolute perfect condition but they said a major fault! I asked them what was the fault because certainly was no fault when I sent it! No reply to that email. Please read the reviews before using this company and just go to your local phone shop that will buy your second hand phone. This company are a joke.

update from my last review they have emailed me said said the payment is scheduled to be in my bank by thursday this is EIGHT days after they had received the phone! it’s an absolute joke. first of all they knock you down quite abit of money the next they delay and delay payment😡

One star is more stars than is deserved if I am honest. The worst company I have ever come across. Sold my iPhone 15 Pro, good condition with a quote of £375. As per their guidelines, good condition can have up to 3 light scratches and mine had 1. I posted the phone the very next day and it was held at Royal Mail sorting office for over a week, with a notification saying ‘we have been instructed not to deliver to the address’, constant chasing and no response.

The phone eventually gets collected and I receive a revised quote of £75 (inserting 400 laughing emojis) for multiple scuffs and scratches, but also noted that this was for an iPhone 11 Pro. I obviously rejected this as I had not sent them an iPhone 11 Pro. Emailed to explain this and all I got was ‘sorry, we have been given manager discretion to increase this to £105’. So I just asked them to return the phone. I get an email to say ‘your iPhone 15 pro is being returned’ and what did I receive in the post? Yep, an iPhone 11 Pro. I have been arguing back / forth over email, with subject access requests which are being ignored. They are claiming I sent an iPhone 11 Pro despite photo and video evidence. I will be taking legal action.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service, how the company operates and quite frankly concerned over how they’re handling customer data and property, so I will be taking legal action. Shameful company.

The website was easy to follow and communication between us was quickly answered. They were very thorough on checking phone but what was offered was reasonable and more than some others. They let you know when Payment is being sent, depending on when you receive it can be a few days especially over a weekend.

A trustworthy company! Sent off my iphone 15 and got the money within a few days, will definitely be using them again! Decent and fair pricing. Communicated well

I was a little apprehensive but to be honest was a pretty straightforward experience. Didn’t get the original quoted price but I was happy enough with the counter offer. Paid out quickly. Would use again.
