Sizes do not correspond to real sizes, some items have a poor quality and client support and communication is really bad. More than 1 month I can’t get a refund for defective item. I am going to complain if my question wouldn’t solved.

Still waiting for the items I ordered at Goi
Ordered two Thor tops from the Netherlands. After two weeks, I received the wrong items. Upon notifying Goi, I was requested to return the items to Spain and pay for it myself - while Goi had sent me the wrong items. My subsequent contact with customer service was substandard to say the least: my emails would take days to get a reply - if I got one at all - and the answers demonstrated that my question had not been read or understood. Finally I received the new package with the items I ordered, but this time... wrong size. Upon notifying them, I was told to ship it back to Spain at my own expense. So, one month later, back at square one! Goi, step up your game.
