The rental operations were fast and the service was excellent.

All the booking went wrong, I ordered other schedules and the confirmation came completely wrong, not as my order, I had to pay the double.

Location in the airport, polite and friendly staff, easy to pick-up and return the car.

I booked the car through Ryanair site, pickup Fiumicino airport in Rome, Italy. Car was good, clean and what I had booked. no surprice costs came along and when we discovered that in the key and go plan was included an insurance with supercover, that was a very nice surprise. Beware that key and go formula only works when office is open. We came due to a flightdelay an hour later and the office closed at 20.30 and even the automatic machine that was supposed to give us the car key closed at 21.30 so when we arrived 22.15 was a mess with two small kids. No alert number to call so we had to spent first night at hotel in airport.

I always use this company in Italy and Spain. Everything worls smoothly everytime.

This is the third time I have rented a car with you. I couldn't use the key and go machine because the lady at the counter had blocked the collection of the keys. I had to wait a good half hour for the lady at the counter to ask me what had happened even though she saw that I couldn't collect the keys. The other colleague at the counter had gone to get coffee and was therefore not present. When my turn finally came, the clerk at the counter asked me what my address was because I had 2 profiles open and she just wanted to check. All this would have been possible simply by writing me an email or asking me before making me wait half an hour in front of her!!!!
This time I am not satisfied with the service. The car had very worn tires and was not clean.

The Goldcar office at the Airport works very well and user friendly. We have got a car with all explanations needed and minimal paper work.

I rented a vehicle at Catania airport, desk is outside Terminal, in the space dedicated to Rent a Car, closed to the parking.

Pretty straightforward and seamless car hire. Car worked well staff very amicable only two negatives, car was carrying a lot of body damage. And secondly didn’t see office times (may have missed it in small print somewhere) was fortunate enough that flight wasn’t delayed any longer as they would have closed. Not sure what we would have done if that had happened.

The price was honest, the car was enough although a bit small and a bit less of power. Very good the automatic service to get the key
