As part of my migration from DSL to 4G for faster home broadband, I ported my landline # to Goldfish, which put an end to the expensive landline. Their technical support helped solve a hiccup during the porting process and with configuring my Fritz Box. In my three months of using the service to date, I had no issue with calls or call quality, even with international calls. I really like their web interface, which lets me view call history and charges, voicemail personalisation, etc. Their call rates are also pretty good and no ridiculous call connection charges. The only minor niggle is having to dial the area code for local numbers.
Absolutely top class service from beginning to end, Jack in Sales and Liviu in Tech couldn't do enough to make the transition as stress free and as uninterrupted as possible. I would have to say after 10yrs in business opening various business and setting up phones this was by far the most pleasant to date. Congrats Goldfish a top team and credit to you as it is due!!!

1.Reasonable call charges to Gambia this is why i will stick to Goldfish, I may quit if Call charges to Gambia keep escalating.

Really simple & straightforward service. While most of our correspondence comes through email, I needed a fax number for receiving (very) occasional faxes. Goldfish offer a very cheap alternative to a traditional landline.

From the start, very easy to setup and use. Depending on your need, Goldfish seems to be right.
I built a PABX and used Goldfish as the endpoint for outbound and inbound calls. They have setup guides for most systems.
I also their service on my smartphone, most apps seem work. Even when I was in deepest Russia on holiday, was able to make and receive calls with no quality issues.
