Quick repair and had trolley ready in 3 days👍👍

Very easy to deal with. Dropped off the trolley next day after fault. Roger phoned back next day to say was repaired and what the fault was and cost of repair. Picked up when i wanted to. Whole process only took a few days

Sent them a photo and description of my m5 golf trolley, to say the screen had broken/ cracked. They advised the price of a new one which was unbelievably expensive, which I already knew, but offered to seal the existing screen.

What a great experience , PowaKaddy failed completely, all fault finder checks completed , no joy. Searched for local powakaddy service engineer and fortunately it was golf Pro Services and local. The fault was quickly identified and rectified with a sameday turn around. But truly outstanding is that it was turned around in a hours. Upon collection the trolly was concourse condition having had a deep clean . Roger spent 15 minutes with explaining several aspects of the trolly previous unknown , also practical advice on care and maintenance. Highly recommended and This one was purchased on line. Roger supplies Powakaddy and provides a full walk through and assembly, who would you buy online , lesson learnt and will recommended to all at the club.

Excellent service and fast turnaround Roger was very helpful in advising on preventative maintenance of the issues I had experienced with my Power Caddy trolly. Parts replaced (New control board, front wheel bearing, and axel clutch mechanism.Highly recommended!
