Well run operation
We work with Ernie and he makes complicated arrangements seem easy, gets us great pricing, books tee times that would be hard for us to get and bills our group of eight individually. It's a seamless operation and we really appreciate the insights on which courses to play for our handicaps. We've used him for two consecutive trips and wouldn't think of working any other way. Also, the car deals he gets are great too. Turnkey, great pricing and great knowledge make this an easy choice.

Trip to Chandler, AZ.
Our advisor, Kevin, made everything so easy for us. All we did was tell Kevin what we needed (rooms and tee times) and after that all we had to do was show up! We will always use Golf There for trips in the future.

Golf There did an outstanding job. We delt with Ernie Wilson and he was very good. We had some bad weather but the Golf Professionals were great and except for a slow check in at the hotel all was wonderful

A little mix up on the rooms upon arrival. Also, due to a function at mystic dunes, the practice area was closed for the entire week. Everything else was very good. Great golf courses, Mystic dunes not in great condition compared to the other courses.

Poor customer service
We had to contact our sales person numerous times to check on if everything was ok. When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were advised that our reservation had been canceled because we hadn't paid for the hotel and two rounds of golf. We had given our salesperson our credit card for the charges. His excuse was we never answered the emails he sent which we never received. He had our cell phone numbers which he never called. Thankfully our reservations could be rebooked as it was early in the season.

This couple called in 3 weeks prior to their desired departure date asking for a golf trip quote, after which they went "silent". Our sales team got a call one week prior to departure and was asked if they could still book the trip as quoted. The team collected a deposit with the understanding that after confirmation we would email them AND call to then get final payment and be sure that everything was as they wanted. After all reservations were confirmed later that same day, the client did not respond via email or phone (GolfThere records all calls). Our staff called 3 times leaving messages to contact us for final payment and to review the booking (emails were also sent in addition to the confirmation of all reservations).
However, with no subsequent communication and since the couple did not respond to emails or phone calls for the entire week our rez team cancelled the reservations for non-payment and no communication 24 hours prior to the expected arrival time. In the evening of the ARRIVAL day of the TRIP, the client called from the arrival hotel asking why she didn't have a reservation. She admitted getting the confirmation but stated she had gotten no other emails (same email was used) or phone calls (same number). Fortunately, we were able to reinstate the reservations at hotels and golf courses at the same rate.
The company has been in business 26 years and we pride ourselves on responding to our clients and handling problems. We fail to see how we could have responded differently.
Enjoyable experience....easy and relaxing weekend.
GolfThere did a great job of making this a no brainer. Hotel was booked and the golf courses were expecting us. Called to confirm before trip and everything was set. One of our courses was booked to far from us and was not that great of experience, since we let GolfThere pick the courses for us, it was partially our fault for not checking out the course distance and better reviewed the selection and picked another track.

2016 Arizona Golf Trip
Booked trip in August of 2015. Great communications from sales person/persons. Accommodations were perfect for our group although being in rooms/suites a little closer to each other would have been nice, no complaints!! Our group consisted of 9 other golfers and myself (total of 10). Our clubs were in our rooms when we arrived (no damage) and were picked up after we departed. Clubs delivered back to us (again no damage) on time or as promised. Looking forward to our re-booking for another trip in January 2017. Great group of people and very easy to work with!!

Overall, was a positive trip.
Overall, it was a good trip and we had no issues. With that being said the first round of golf we played, at Orange County, was an extremely poor experience. Was close to a 6 hour round, we waited on every single. Had a very unorganized management (starters,Rangers etc). Our carts actually ran out of battery on #16.
On the flip side we could not have had a better experience at Championsgate. Great course and overall was a great day.

Orange County hosts the PGA professionals when they visit for the annual new merchandise show each year (on the Golf Channel now) because of the quality of the two tracks. However, it is true that at times these highly popular and affordable courses get slow. Our apologies that the experience by those folks was NOT up to par (pun intended). We talk with our major course partners often and will relay the disappointment. Championsgate is one of our best facilities in Florida. Thanks again for your business and the honest feedback.

Justin Strange was great to work with. He listened to our needs and then found the perfect rental house and 9 great courses for us to play.
We already have him planning next year's event.

I recommend GolfThere to all golfers looking for an easy planned trip. It took a lot of work off my shoulders to plan the trip.

Scottsdale Golf Trip
I would recommend this service to anyone. This was our 2nd buddies golf outing using this service and both trips went off without a problem. The trip is significantly more pleasurable when you don't have to worry about all of the logistics being taken care of or not.

Although I did a lot of homework and send them a detailed spreadsheet of what course I wanted to play on which days, along with which hotels I wanted to stay at, it took them 3 attempts to send me an accurate quote. They either were missing certain courses, had me playing on wrong dates, or having me staying in wrong cities. A real mess.

Alabama golf trip
We wanted to experience the robert trent jones golf trail in alabama, golf there arranged everything for us, picking favorite courses, arranging for tee times, hotel reservations, they were fabulous. We had so much fun we're going to make it an annual trip.

Hot Springs
I had a destination in mind when I called GolfThere. I was fortunate enough total to Steve and after he gathered the parameters of our trip, he suggested Hot Springs Village. He suggested great courses and found us a condo within 15 minutes of each course. Our condo was right on the lake, which was nice, but it was not very clean or modern. Overall, it was a great golf trip, especially for the price. We will be using GolfThere again.
