Mr. Anthony L: Our goal is to deliver ultimate customer service and with your group, we fell short. This is disappointing to hear that one of our sales team was not timely in his follow-up and communication. As a company with 26 years experience, your situation is not the "norm" but that doesn't change the situation for you and we apologize. I will forward your comments to our President and to our VP of Sales so that we can correct the service experience. Our goal will be to try and rectify the situation if possible but thank you for your honest feedback.

From start to finish I couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience
Not being familiar with the Birmingham area, Michael picked out 3 wonderful golf courses for us to play. We couldn't have had a nicer time and everything went so smoothly.

Mr. Kennedy: Thanks for the positive review. Arizona is a great golf destination -- with great deals for those that can be flexible.
Alabama trail
Spent time in Birmingham and Florence for some golf. The school Master in Florence I really enjoyed even more so than Fighting Joe. Staff very friendly and nice clubhouse. In Birmingham a must play is Ross Bridge. Beautiful course, big greens, fast play and just the nicest people there. The rangers on the course were very nice and courteous. Cost's a little more than most courses there but the staff and beauty of the course is well worth it.

Mr. DeJanovich: Thanks for the kind words about the entire experience. The RTJ Trail was started a few years after the founding of this business in 1990. 26 years later, we continue to highlight that Alabama has great golf! Thanks again. We look forward to serving your needs on a future golf trip.

Top Level Experience
Trip for 8 to Hot Springs Village couldn't have been better. Courses were exceptional. Housing was amazingly comfortable and perfect for our group. Pricing was fantastic. Questions were answered super fast. Communication was great. People we dealt with face-to-face were very friendly. Highly recommend Golfthere.

Thanks Mr. Burkey. Hot Springs Village is a relatively new "public" golf destination now. Previously, you could only play by visiting with a homeowner's association member. Troon Golf manages the courses and the quality is top notch. GolfThere's team has played and stayed there and our sales staff found it to be great golf and great pricing. Thanks again, we look forward to serving you again.
