Received order next day after ordering as promised. Top service.

I found my perfect offer thru idealo, a price aggregator service in Germany - it seemed too good to be true. I am glad it wasn't : the item I purchased was dispatched fast, and within days it was in my hands. Very happy with my purchase (low price and accurate description) and with the service (order tracking is possible on website, and updates also sent by email).

First I ordered a phone in Switzerland, because my phone broke on vacation and I quickly needed a new one. The website said it would take one day delivery time at that point if i ordered before 6pm which is what I did.

First it took gomibo.ch more than 1,5 hohes and several calls to proceed my paypal payment. Then the delivery time got changed several hours later around midnight. Consequently, I cancelled the order because I was afraid it wouldnt arrive in time to Switzerland.

Then I tried gomibo.de, because I live in Germany and I wanted to give the website another shot. At first it said 1 day deliver time. Then 2-4 days. Then 3 weeks. And I had to cancel it again, because my current phone is broken and I dont want to wait forever.

Takes forever to get the money back as well. Be aware. Wouldnt order here again.

Excellent service! I bought a cellphone on this Black Friday, received it in Munich the next Monday.

Good prices and fast delivery. I ordered from Denmark and recived my package withing 4 days.

I faced an issue with ordering there. I leave the feedback and they have solve it pretty soon.

This is the second phone ordered with this company. Both phones have arrived as stated when ordered.

Not an issue of the service though I would not buy the screen protectors again, there are better available for not much more money.

Gomibo itself is a good store. However, combined with UPS, can't promise an overall good experience.

Pros:
Minimalist website - only the things you need and comfortable ordering process.
Good filters for search.
Good prices (in Germany).
Helpful customer service but takes too long to answer the phone calls.

Cons:
I would say, you shouldn't order here if you rely on the next day delivery as I did (at least as long as they ship with UPS). I ordered a smartphone on Thursday at 10:00. Yes, in the morning, to ensure that everything goes smoothly and I receive it on Friday. And I only received it on Monday. Before Sunday, the UPS tracking information was saying that the package wasn't handed over to UPS (because of this I'm not even sure if it's even UPS's fault but they are very problematic so let's assume that). So, instead of one day, it took 4 days. Yes, it's only two business days but you would never know that they only count the business days unless you specifically search for the delivery information page on the website.

Well, likely your order will still arrive the next day (if you don't order on Friday) but there's also a fat chance that you'll have to wait for a good few days even if you order before. If you are okay with waiting, then I have no issues recommending Gomibo.

Apart from that, my phone arrived safely and was properly packed and sealed.

And dear Gomibo, you can't promote next day delivery as your main feature if you can't ensure that it works flawlessly. Change your delivery partner or don't be so loud about the next day delivery. At least put a visible(!) remark next to the order button saying that it's estimated time, not guaranteed. Or just put a small link with delivery conditions on the product page, not only somewhere deep down in the footer. Otherwise, you just ruin your customers' expectations.

People in Germany still don't know anything about you and some are even scared to buy from your store at first, so when something like this happens people might start regretting their choice. And you don't want that to happen when you just enter a new market.

Anyway, I sincerely wish you to develop your business in Germany and if you fix this one problem, you may become one of the best on the market!

Can't fault the speed of service and delivery.. Great price for the phone which wasn't available anywhere else that I could find at that price.. Kept me updated on order progress and delivery.. Would definitely use again and recommend
