Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 87 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people found it extremely difficult to contact the company, often reporting that agents were unhelpful, unprofessional, or ended chats abruptly. Reviewers frequently mentioned the lack of accessible phone or email support, forcing them into frustrating online loops. Customers also experienced significant problems with service activation and number porting, often resulting in no service for extended periods. A common complaint was being charged for services that were never activated or used, with difficulties in obtaining refunds or cancelling subscriptions. However, some people were satisfied with the service, reporting no issues with their mobile service for several years and appreciating the consistent pricing without hidden fees. A few customers also noted good speeds and stable internet service, and some found customer support acceptable specifically when porting their number.

Reliable Similar To Eir.

I was with Eircom then Eir earlier and moved to GoMo to reduce costs for my family of 4. We are on €9.99 package since launching and from day 1 I never had any kind of issues. Been to many parts of Europe MiddleEast & Asia never even a call drop for 4 of us. I agree there is no customer service phone number. But that's what you are paying a price of two coffees ☕️ per month folks.

Customer service is abasymal. The worst I've ever experienced.

Excellent value for money and for the vast majority of my time the service has been good.

Unfortunately when I have had issues and needed them resolved efficiently - you are met with the most brain-dead and incompetent clowns that have ever masqueraded as 'customer service'.

5 days no service now. Bill is paid.
It's a farce.

Incredibly frustrating and concerning

Incredibly frustrating and concerning. While traveling abroad, I encountered severe limitations on network usage that led to rapid loss of phone reception and mobile data. This made essential tasks like using Google Maps or simply website browsing or making crucial calls impossible. There was no option to pay for additional mobile data when needed.

You are simply capped and that's it.

As a result, I'll be switching back to Tesco Mobile.

Absolute joke of a customer service

Absolute joke of a customer service. I have a simple SIM card problem and have sent numerous messages to a live chat that says it gets back to you with in 24 hours. Well they don't even do that. So frustrating.

The greatest help

I was dealing with such an amazing customer service girl called Ashleigh today. It could not get any better. She was such a great help! She was so smart, so intelligent and very professional one. She sorted out my difficult issue in no time, promptly and beyond expectations. That is why I am on my ninth cloud today. Good girl. Well done Ashleigh!
