Warning! Do not rent out your car with GoMore if you do not want it wrecked or do not control it after each rental. I rented my car in Sweden trough GoMore. It got scratched and someone bumped into something. I was on a travel and because they can not see who did it I now have to pay. There answer is that I have to look after each rental. Do not recommend! VERY risky since I have taken good care of my car.

We rented a car via Gomore to go to France for our summer vacation. In the middle of Germany on our second day, the car broke down, and a local workshop said we couldn't continue.
And then the nightmare began.
It took Gomore 5-6 hours to find a solution for us to continue our trip - and now back home continue the issue, because Gomore / the Insurance will not cover the extra expenses that they promised.
So here we are with a big extra bill, even though we paid extra to take the car outside Sweden.
Be careful! They don't send the insurance terms before you have the keys in your hand - and they are not made to help the rentee.

submitted all required documentation for the review of my identity but it was rejected with no explanation provided other than it did not past risk background check, I am very curious to learn what kind of risks where identified and what kind background check the company is entitled to perform

Lack of information for picking key and open car
There is not well customer service because they dont answer you and you wont take guide
So much unsatisfied because car owner knew , i can not open car and he did not answer phone
Please do not take lastbil from gomore
He just take your money and do not answer your phone if you need help

Edited: GoMore came back on its initial decision and gave me a 300dkk voucher to use on a future rental. This does not remove the initial frustration but is an OK commercial gesture, and I therefore increase my rating.
