NEVER AGAIN!
Worst experience ever..I ordered my tickets for a concert 2 MONTHS AHEAD and they said my tickets would be sent 24 hours prior to the concert but never received my tickets..I had to call back to back the day of my concert..They basically gave my tickets to someone else when I ordered wayyy ahead..they gave me my refund but I missed out on making money, canceled all other plans, paid for my expensive concert clothes just for them to say they gave my tickets away because “me and someone else ordered them at the same time”

DO NOT BOOK! They charged my credit card, then sent me an email saying "There's been an error processing your request".
Still not having heard back from them on the day of the show, we rang them. They said "We'll send you your tickets in 1hr".
I waited 2hrs and called, they then said "Sorry, there are no tickets left for that show tonight".
They gave me a refund, but why charge me in the first place if you can't guarantee tickets?!

SCAM DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
If I could give this fraudulent company a negative number I would! Bought tickets they cannot prove are legit and have pawned me off to My Ticket Tracker who is a SCAM company too (check their reviews, worse than Good Seat Tickets😳) I paid Good Seat Tickets NOT My Ticket Tracker Scam Company! I have no tickets and had to file a dispute with PayPal who by all accounts is complicit in this scheme too according to their own Community blog on their website! I have reported them to the Attorney General and FCC! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM GOOD SEAT TICKETS OR MY TICKET TRACKER THEIR ARE SCAMMERS!

I ordered tickets and was very satisfied!
I ordered tickets and was very concerned after seeing so many bad reviews. I brought several tickets and spent over $500.00.
I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful and put me at ease.
The tickets were just fine. I paid alittle more, but got great seats very close to the show. We had a great time!
I will definitely order from Goodseats again!
