If I could give this company minus 10 stars, I would!!! Absolutely diabolical company with the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!! Please please please save your money and DO NOT BUY from these bunch of crooks!!!!
Bought a dartboard stand, set up all correctly according to instruction manual, info online and as per one of their incompetent workers has described! Yet the stand has only lasted 2 months, is not fit for purpose, with plastic parts being used on this stand that break and wear away within 2 months of light use.
After contacting the company to complain and request a refund, I have received nothing but rude replies, talking to me as though I am a child, making assumptions and statements that are untrue, stating the stand has been set up incorrectly! I can absolutely assure you, it has been set up EXACTLY as it's supposed to be!
I have explained that the dartboard has now had to be fixed to a wall due to the fault on the stand and I keep being told that they can send me new parts!!! It is laughable as they are clearly admitting the fault by offering new parts yet I have explained numerous times that I do not want new parts for it to do the exact same thing in 2 months time!! It is a fault with the design of the parts and so new ones will not make a difference as they will do the exact same thing! All I have asked for is a refund and stated that they are welcome to arrange collection of their faulty stand!
The replies I am receiving are damn right disgusting! I have requested the email address of the manager or CEO of the company as I can no longer deal with the incompetent person/people that keep responding to me! They have sold me a product that does not work and are refusing to give me my money back which basically amounts to theft as I am happy for them to take their faulty stand away! Bunch of crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!!!!
