Never used the service before but found it super convenient and affordable. Raul was professional and prompt. Highly recommend and would absolutely use the service again!

I had a fantastic experience hiring GoShare services moving a sofa. The entire process of right from booking all the way to execution was wonderful. I will consider their services in future and highly recommend them.

I’m so happy to have found this resource for moving items to and from storage. My driver, Ian, was punctual, polite, personable, and supremely helpful. He made the experience super easy and I hope the app allows me to request him for the next project. Love this service, thank you!!

I literally signed up with this company almost 2 months ago I paid my fees for my background check or dmvr check I've completed all necessary paperwork and I am still not started working I feel like this is a total rip off and I keep getting the runaround every email I've sent

The driver called me confirmed the information. Was careful delivering the couch not to damage it.

I was happy with my delivery person, and the experience. My only negative comment is that I found the app difficult to navigate. Granted, I’m old but it should not have taken me 1/2 hour to finally figure it out. The driver was great, on time and efficient but he did not have a dolly, My apartment bldg has one so we managed. If I could be assured I would have that same driver I would use GoShare again.

I saw a large furniture item at the local HomeGoods but had no way to get it to my house. The store associate suggested using GoShare. The app was easy to use and I could schedule the delivery around my schedule. The time you select for the delivery does mean when the job will start / drivers will leave their homes not when they will arrive FYI but they were super professional, fast, and delivered the piece with no damages. The cost was similar to a typical furniture store delivery fee like at Ashley, Raymour etc. The delivery men were even nice to my dog who was out by accident. Overall great experience!

This was in southern New Jersey for a pickup at the Costco in Mt Laurel.
App is subpar. Estimate is low and then they add to the charges after the fact. They tell you didn't indicate everything you wanted in the order, but I did. Their app is so confusing that they probably didn't see it. When I got the final charge, it was another 50% over the original estimate which was already high enough.
I truly appreciate that you can get somebody fast to help you with a delivery, but the driver arrived an hour late.
The driver and the helper were incredibly professional and did a great job but dealing with goshare and their horrible app and trying to get my order in their app was a nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone.
If I were a nasty person, I would cancel the charge on my credit card and fight them on it but I don't want to go through the hassle.
I hope they're happy that they got an extra couple hundred dollars from me because I would not recommend them to anyone.
This is the first bad service review I have ever written. Normally if I have a subpar experience, it's not a big deal but this one was a mess from start to finish.
The director of customer service replied to my email with incorrect information. They charged me even though I had sent an email asking for a review and then I wanted to be contacted before I was charged for the final invoice.
They should be ashamed of themselves. Please don't use them. There's a high chance that you will be overcharged in the end and there's nothing you can do about it. Again, five stars for the professionals that helped me that day, even though the driver was late, he was awesome. But zero stars for GoShare itself. And they should get a real professional programmer to do their app to get out all the bugs in it.

Theodore was a little late, be had a great attitude and worked hard. We worked together to move our studio across town with no issues. Great service and a great experience. I would hire again for a minor diy move.

Just remember, you're not hiring a professional moving company. You are hiring a guy with a truck to come and help.

It's a great company to work for until you need customer support! The customer service is so unhelpful that I actually replied to every message with, "Please read my question or, if you're a robot, connect me with a human." After a week of miscommunication, I realized that a person lacking proper training was wasting valuable company and drivers' time.

They have five moves a day for so many drivers prices are very cheap !!!!! I won’t turn my ignition on for those prices !!!! in short answer trashy business👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I don’t recommend it for no one save the $50 that you have to pay for the background check!!!!!!

Joel the driver can’t read time appointments. I asked for a 3P delivery which he decided to leave my large item outside because I wasn’t home three hours earlier than I had asked. It was leaning against my garage door so when I came home I had to quickly close the automatic door. I called Goshare to have him come back and bring it inside. He was rude, verbally abusive and argumentive. I had this recorded on my Ring doorbell. He brought my item inside after this. I called their customer service and told them what happened. I disputed the charges only to get $10 off. I disputed the credit card company only to have them reverse the credit. I will never use them in the future. I guess it’s ok for their drivers to be this way.

How are they a logistics company if they can’t coordinate drivers to be on time? They made me pay extra for a pallet jack to move 1000’s of pounds of sod, but didn’t provide the driver with a jack that fit these pallets. We had to unload by hand, piece by piece. Laborious and consuming our precious time needed to get live sod on the lawn. Overpriced, unhelpful and uncaring is my opinion of this company. Note afterwards- I contacted the company and they ignored me. Unconscionable.

I also gave this company the benefit of the doubt.

A SCAM

I signed up for GoShare, the process takes almost a whole day. Then I had to pay $49.00 for back ground checks. It was only then I got a reply that said they were not in my area but coming soon lol... And to add insult to injury my application was never reviewed, I just checked again it's been well over two weeks. I plan to do some youtube videos warning people as well because others like me are already struggling for work and money to start with if you're willing to work for these middle man companies.
