I RETURNED GOODS 6 WEEKS AGO WHICH HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AS RECEIVED. 10 EMAILS LATER AND EVERY EXCUSE AND NOW NO REPLY AT ALL. I AM STILL AWAITING MY REFUND. WORST EXPERIENCE.

I purchase from this company which I thought was an NZ company and turns out their products are shipped from somewhere international. The product never arrived until I had raised a complaint with TradeMe asking for a refund. This trader is very cunning because they keep sending emails saying there has been a delay and finally delivered the product after I had requested my refund. So I’m stuck with a crappy product that has already had to be repaired.

I finally got a full refund after 7 months!!!! I ended up going to our Community Law Centre and they sent an email at 11.35am advising a refund was expected within 7 days or I would be taking legal action. Goslash responded at 2.15pm on the same day advising a full refund had been processed and I would receive it with 5-7 days. And I did!!!!
I tried to get a refund for over 6 months with numerous emails and no response. My advice to anyone who has unfortunately purchased from this company and having issues with getting a refund, seek help from your local Community Law Centre sooner rather than later. Goslash obviously don't want any trouble legally.

In April 2025 I bought a chicken coop for $652 via Trade Me - which I trusted as I thought everyone who sold was vetted. Auction said delivery 7 -10 days. Í received an email saying product was delayed in Aussie would be 2-3 weeks. 1 month later I email saying to cancel my order because I needed the item now and it hadn't been delivered. Received email asking for another 2 weeks and they would keep in contact, said ok. 3 weeks later still no product or contact. Said cancel and refund me. They apologized and asked me for my account to refund to. I gave it. Responded with refund would be within 5-7 days. It never came. It's now Nov 2025 and despite repeatedly emailing for my refund, there's just an automated response saying they have received my email and will get back to me in 3-5 days.... But they never do. They still have auctions going on trade me!!! Can't even contact trademe for help, because that gives you the run around as well. Don't go anywhere near this company!!!!

Got SCammer $600 for a Quad bike weed sprayer on Trade me. No contact no refund after numerous emails. These guys need to be shut down

Don’t buy from GoSlash. I paid over $700 via TradeMe to this outfit. They did not deliver (now 3 months after paying), did not provide the tracking number promised, only an excuse after several weeks that shipping from Aus was taking longer than expected. Now only automated responses to my request for a refund. They delisted the product that I purchased and relisted or on TradeMe and are now selling the same thing for $200 more than I paid. Except it does not exist. They have a huge number of diverse products (thousands) on TradeMe which is just not believable. Even having paid via Ping I am reading that these scam sellers can avoid repaying by cancelling a ping account and setting up new ones. Like others I will never again use TradeMe.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Scammers, nothing more. Like other reviewers have said I can't understand why Trademe continues to let them trade and I won't ever buy via Trademe again as a result.

Ordered 2 x trademe. 2-4 weeks delivery. After 4 weeks I emailed and they said they were caught in Australia and hadnt been released. Please wait 2 weeks. Two weeks later they said wait another two weeks. Same reason. After another two I asked for a refund and the email replies stopped so I reported to Trade me who refunded me. Do not deal with these people. !!!!

It seems like this company is a scam and cannot understand why Trademe still allows them to trade from their site.

Ordered and paid for a product worth over $2000 in May. Never received and now all contact is ignored.

No other ways to contact offered or found in a search.

BEWARE: Complete total scam. Why trade me allows them on market place is beyond me- then I realised it promotes customers to buy buyer protection insurance!! Bought product for $189 plus $30 delivery. I am rural. Same as other posts. Automated emails etc. logged complaint with trade me etc. I will try their accountant as they are registered under Sales Pro Ltd. Got caught out not checking reviews first as I was focused on my purchase trade mark. Lesson learned

I bought a console table with this company through trade me. I don’t get my item, it’s been more than a month now. The seller never replied to any of my emails. And I never received any email from them. I didnt even get my refund, I spend $328.09.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES! Paid for an outdoor lounge suite and never received despite significant follow up. Disgusting these idiots are still trading. Spend your money elsewhere.

I bought a watch from them through NZSALE. They claimed they had shipped it, but after two weeks, I still hadn’t received it.
I contacted them, and they said they couldn’t locate the parcel but would send a replacement.

A few days later, they told me the replacement had been sent and that I would receive a tracking number soon, but they never provided one. I then contacted the NZSALE team, who were very helpful.

After that, GoSlash told me, (Sorry, the product is out of stock.)

I had been waiting for almost 8 weeks, and in the end, they told me the item wasn’t available in their warehouse.

Believe me, they are dishonest.

This company is beyond terrible to deal with. I Ordered some gates in April. They have been dishonest about delivery issues. The only time I managed to get any service was after posting a bad review on tradme. But when it became clear that I wasn’t going to remove it they just ignored me again. I sit here still waiting - will probably have to go to the disputes tribunal to get my money back. It’s not possible to call them and get any kind of service. What a waste of time!!

I inadvertently bought 2 dishwashers instead of one.I asked for a refund of 1 the same day as I ordered.
After 3 months nothing arrived nor was credited.After many emails (most not answered)they sent 1 dishwasher,never got a credit for the other one.
To be honest I was pleased I even got one after all this time.
Lesson learnt,this company is rubbish.

Delivery time was advertised as 10 days ex Australia. The item was imported into Australia then shipped to NZ. It took forever to arrive (was misdirected by Courier). Ordered April 15th, arrived June 10th. Hardly 10 days. In their favour they did communicate but they need to address their false advertising. I was unable to review them on Trade Me as the listing had disappeared. 🤔

Bought 4 dining chairs off tradme and over 2 months later have not received them with very little communication. Today I have requested a refund, I will be proceeding to the disputes tribunal as a next step. DO NOT recommend this seller!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but the customer service is beyond terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bought a TV cabinet, it took forever to arrive. Quality was shit for something that cost $600. Agreed to a partial refund (I don’t know why). Was informed I’d get it 5-7 working days. I didn’t receive my refund in that time frame. I had sent several emails after the 7 working day period, until I told them I’d be taking this further. All of a sudden the $200 was in my account over the weekend. Can’t write a review on trademe because it’s been so long since I made the purchase. Product definitely ain’t worth $400. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Ordered a wall umbrella in December 2024. Got lost somewhere and won’t refund my money!!
