Goslash 

Would give zero stars if that were an option. Bought table and chairs for $400 in July '24. Never arrived, and had virtually no communication and no tracking info or receipt. Had some response after 4 weeks saying there are delays due to Air NZ flights. Demanded a full refund but they ceased communicating. No other way to contact and no chance of buyer protection through TradeMe as its more than 45 days now. Really disappointed. This company is obviously fraudulent and must be avoided at all cost.

Product never arrived. Endless excuses why. Ships delayed etc.
Waited 2 months still nothing.
Said they would refund, never comes after promises made.
Seem to be just a pack of liars.
1 star for communication.

Haven’t received item for two months. Have not received replies to my email asking for an update. They have my money, I currently have nothing nor any idea what timeframe or if I will receive my product. Do not use them!

I ordered a very expensive item but had to cancel it due to financial difficulties. The order had not been shipped & they replied to my email just 1 day after I asked for it to be cancelled & refunded. They said it would take 5 to 8 working days for the refund to be issued. It has now been 7 weeks & there's no refund & all my emails to follow up on it have been ignored. I raised a dispute with TradeMe & they were onto it straight away. GoSlash also ignored the emails from TradeMe & never issued the refund or bothered to contact me after TradeMe got in touch with them. Yesterday, TradeMe issued my refund for which I am very grateful. I hope that GoSlash is banned from using TradeMe as they appear to be a huge scam based not only on my experience but the reviews of others too.

I purchased a console table a number of weeks ago and nothing has turned up. This place is the worst and when I read the reviews my heart sunk. How can this place trade legitimately on trade me and nothing is done. Something surely has to be done as there mission statement about communication and receiving goods within 24 to 48 hrs is crap.This cannot be allowed to happen anymore

If anyone reads this review before they buy from this company please don't purchase anything through them.Like all the other bad reviews on here I also had major problem's with a purchase.After not receiving my goods for over 2 months I requested a refund and after another 1 and a half months they stopped all contact with me.Lucky for me Trade me NZ refunded me through buyers protection act.This is the first time I've ever been scammed and would like to think that people out there don't make the same mistake I did and didn't check reviews and feed back before I made a purchase.Please stay clear from this company,you will find other respectful companies selling the same products,take my advice and use them

I bought 4 bar stools totaling $1550 on June 10th from goslash on trade me.Was told they could be up to 4 weeks.
After 4 weeks I contacted them and was told due to AirNZ flight being cancelled they would be delayed further. I tried to contact them again and no reply so gave bad feedback Straight away they were asking me to take it down.I said I would take it down when the barstools arrived.They kept hasling me to take the bad feedback k down but I have refused.Have now gone back to Trademe and filed a disputes They arr eant to contact me in 6 days and still nothing Hopefully will get my money back as I paid through PING

Best to avoid this company. I ordered an item costing $217.00 on Trade Me and received an email to say a tracking number would be provided within 10 days. Nothing received. After 2 weeks I emailed 2x - eventually got a reply "I'm sorry, shipments were delayed because of a shortage of space in cargo flights" and my order would arrive within the next 2 weeks. Trade Me sent an automated email requesting feedback for Goslash - of course I had to say my goods had not arrived and my review explained where the process was up to. I got an immediate email from Goslash 'wanting to resolve this' and they gave ME a negative review for my comments! By then I had read all the reviews on Trust Pilot and TM and was concerned I would never get my order so asked Goslash to cancel my order and provide a refund. There were many to and from emails, with the basic message - I would get a refund if I removed the negative feedback on Trade Me. So much for honest feedback!! I unfortunately eventually gave into the blackmail and deleted my feedback ... and got my refund straight away.

Ordered an outdoor furniture set from goslash on trademe with an advertised delivery time of 2-4 weeks.

Our order took three months to arrive, during which the communication (or lack thereof) left us questioning if we had been scammed.

At no point did goslash reach out to proactively advise of delays.

Requests for updates were met with "shipment delayed", "shortage of space in cargo flights", or "delays are out of our control", followed by promises of delivery the following week and to keep us updated on the progress, neither of which happened.

The tracking numbers we eventually received remained inactive for about a month.

As others have mentioned, the long delivery time and constant excuses (which initially might sound plausible) mean you will likely exceed the 30-day window to lodge a dispute with trademe and will be left with the district court as your only option.

Avoid this company. Cut out the middleman and just order straight from temu or vidaxl.

These guys are crooks selling on TradeMe - where they are still trading. They keep promising goods will arrive and give sob story excuses until you are past the time TradeMe will step in to help. Six weeks after the sale and the goods have not arrived and the company is still sending scripted emails to delay.

Goslash do not even deserve 1 star but there was no option to give no stars.
My purchase cost more $1160 and took months to arrive in to the country. Despite agreeing to free shipping to my home, I eventually ended up driving a 4hr return trip only to pick up rubbish. My product was tinny, fake and broken. Completely unusable. Like other buyers I was too late too claim insurance from trade me. Promised a refund over and over again but they just make excuses and tell lies. Don't buy from them!
I am taking this further than a bad review.

To be honest I thought this was a scam and had paid $1900 for a treadmill however i remained in constant contact and demanded where it was and when would it arrive.. it did eventually turn up and was 100% what i ordered - albeit 3 months late - my advice don’t give up

Terrible ...paid $ 1200.00 for a fireplace it never turned up ...many promises that it would but they are just tell lies

This is a scam! You buy then they tell you there is shipping delays, wait one more week and so on. Until you are out of your trademe returns period to get a refund! Do not buy!

Paid$431 and never received shipment. Constant misinformation bogus tracking numbers and refused to refund. These guys are a scam do not purchase from them.

I purchased from Goslash 3 months ago, never received my item. Have received various tracking numbers from Goslash, none of them ever updating. I have been requesting a refund for 2 months now. No refund has been given. Avoid this company
. Several others are in the same boat, out of pocket and nothing ever received.

Scam business selling trash products at expensive prices. Website states 100% guarantee or full refund. Lots of people waiting for their refunds even after receiving emails from the company saying they will refund.
