be very careful dealing with this company, I brought product worth just under $600 (summer use) on Feb 4th with a 2 to 4 week delivery, never heard a word from them. countless emails from myself were dealt with auto replies then followed up with no end of excuses all blamed on freight issues. finally received my good on May 8 and 12. to late to use this summer.

Same story as everyone else. Bought a recliner lift chair for my seriously ill husband. Purchased on 28/11/24 for $1210. No tracking number. Attempts to contact regard tracking info were met with an auto response stating 1-2 business days to respond. Finally got a response in January stating there was a logistics problem and that product was on back order. At this stage I asked for a full refund as I needed the chair for my husband. Continued delays from them in response to all emails. Stated they would give me a refund within 5-10 business days. Didn't happen. Further email sent to them advising I would take legal action. I also rang the accounting company which is listed on the Government companies website who were listed as the registered office. Spoke to a very nice man who confirmed Goslash was their client, very sympathetic and advised he would phone the client. Couldn't give me a phone number for them due to "privacy". Thankfully the next day the payment was in my account. For all having the same issues I would suggest ringing their accountants. I'm sure the accounting company will rapidly get sick of all the negative reports coming in from customers. Worth a go. All the best for the rest of their victims.

Ordered a Phone Cover & holster. Paid via Afterpay. I then noticed all the negative feedback & prepared myself. Figured if it hadn't arrived by the time my second afterpay payment was due then I would cancel via afterpay. To my surprise tracking arrived. Package tracked from China to NZ, courier post to my address so I honestly cannot complain however I feel I may have just got lucky. Based of all the negative feedback I won't use them again. 🙂

November 2024 furniture was ordered. Took her money. No delivery "Goods were damaged". Refunds not given. Timeframes are dragged out. So cannot complain to trademe. Mum is trying to take it further to the courts etc. Very stressful and time consuming. 3 months later and still bullshit emails. Trademe needs to remove this company.

I ordered and paid for outdoor furniture which was advertised as free shipping and to be shipped from Australia. Many excuses followed as to why the shipment was delayed. Then I received advice that the item had been lost by logistics and was asked if I would like to receive a refund. I confirmed that I would. More excuses followed regarding the delayed refund and my bank account details were requested. The refund never arrived but, fortunately, both TradeMe and my bank have been able to bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion. It has taken 15 weeks to get to this point! I urge Trade Me to remove this trader from their site as they are causing untold harm to many people and many wasted hours of damage control. The best way they can improve is to dissolve their business before it dissolves itself!

Never ever purchase from this seller. I had purchased a gopro replacement side part and used it in the rain. Under there description they claim it’s rain and snow proof. The item was faulty, which caused irreversible damage to my $750 GoPro. They have refused any sort of compensation for their faulty item.

I had contacted them inregards to the matter and they have denied any fault. I have sent photos and proof of the GoPro. I have battled with them for about a month now and it’s like taking to a brick wall.

They are rude, show no empathy and have no idea on how to deal with customers or run a business. Please keep away from this seller on Dicksmith, if you actually want a decent working item, please do not purchase from them.

Like all the other reviews these guys are crooks. Most consumers don't realize their advertised delivery time of up to 4 weeks is past the 30 day time for a Trademe or PING dispute. They are full of excuses and ignore requests to honour their cancellation or returns policy. Don't deal with them, and if you are involved just go straight to the small claims process. Also lodge a complaint with the Commerse Commission as they breach the Act.

WARNING: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! These guys take your money and DO NOT SEND THE GOODS. I have lodged a small claim with the courts to get my money back. I am also in conversations with TRADE ME to delete these guys as a seller. They will send emails spouting lies with promise of thing to happen but never does. WARNING WARNING WARNING

I've had a similar experience to others. Finally got delivery after 3 months. The company is registered on the Companies Register as Sales Pro Ltd.

I bought a product off the Trademe website and paid the price for it as required. Have got one part of the product but not the rest and no communications about where the other parts are to the purchase. GOSLASH is not legitimate in the way it operates as an online e-tailer.

Purchased a football goal on Trade Me in October, wish I had read the reviews here as I had the same experience as many. Delayed delivery past the Trade Me dispute date with similar excuses about freight availability. Promises to refund broken for one month. I made a police report as part of credit card insurance claim and informed them which led to a same day refund.

I ordered a dog kennel they lied th sent a tracking it ended up getting delivered to a wrong address in wrong city they didn't answer emails they even stopped answering trademe emails I did get my money back from trademe who was amazing I would not ever buy from goslash again he should be kicked off trademe

We, like so many others have been ripped off by this company.We Bought an expensive dog bed and didn't recieved it and not only did they continually lie to us they also did not refund our money after saying they would.
We feel Trademe must take responsibility for this company and the amount people they have ripped off.
As of today Goslash
are still operating on the Trademe site!

Product was not sent then when I complained they cancelled the order. Since then just keep stalling on a refund which I guess I’ll never see.
Tried to get help from TradeMe but they are as bad to contact.

Having looked at all the other bad reviews I can see they have a pattern. With high price purchases they deliberately don't send until it reaches the point in which trade me cannot issue a refund (45 days). Some make a dispute with trade me in time and they are forced to send or refund, those who don't will never get their item or money back unless you go through disputes tribunal. It was over three weeks since I paid and they hadn't sent a single email or tracking details, only after trade me stepped in did they even bother to send item, which means they never had any intention of doing so. They say expect delays of 4 weeks hoping that time will run out and it will be over 45 days before you try to get a refund, by then it's too late.

Don't use - I've been ripped off. Promised delivery, delayed and delayed and delayed. Won't refund due to "an issue."
Update - Trademe have refunded me, they were very good. But Goslash should be removed from Trademe

I also would give a negative number of stars if it was possible. The company sends updates that the order has been shipped then 20 days later they cancel the shipping, it never arrives. This has happened twice and I won't be ordering from this online store again as I don't trust they will deliver.

Ordered item through D ick Smith website assuming they would use a trusted seller. No longer trust D ick Smith or Goslash.
Ordered 18th October with estimated delivery time 7-14 business days. Email stated item had been dispatched on 22nd Oct. After 4 weeks no item has arrived, email response to query on item appears AI generated with some story about no space on cargo planes.
Avoid this seller.

Purchased via Trademe. By far has to be the worst trade of my life!! Over 9wks and still waiting for dispatch details! I will never trade again and I suggest that no-one does unless you want absolute frustration & disappointment. They put an estimated delivery date of 2-4wks, no dispatch notification, you email and they say apologies for delay, will be dispatched within 7 working days, you wait 2wks and follow up, get a similar response, so you give them another 2wks, email again, similar response (7 days eta with false apologies). Have requested a refund and received a similar response of “Pls have patience” & “Dispatch in 7 days”, I am looking to start Dispute proceedings via Disputes tribunal now! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A 10FT BARGE POLE!!! HANDSDOWN.WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER!!
