Horrible , I purchased a leather jacket for $59 plus i paid $25 for express shipping . Now the jacket looks nothing like the picture they advertise i could tell it was going to be cheap material when I felt how light the package was and then i ordered on march 6th and didnt receive the jacket until march 23rd , SCAM I WANNA CURSE SO BAD but ladies please don’t buy anything from them

The product dont look like the picture at all. Really poor quality product.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHOP ITS A SCAM - they send you completely wrong items / nothing like described , refuse to refund you unless you PAY yourself to send it back first , awful customer service and crap quality and WRONG clothing sent

Simple design but executed perfectly. The details are subtle yet sharp, making it easy to pair with almost anything in my wardrobe.

The product were not the quality what I expected (I thought it was an American company, but apparently they operate from China). Returning the goods costs me more the € 30 plus handling cost of Goth n'Rock of 8 dollar. I had to sent a proof that I sent the goods, which I did. They never reacted anymore. No money back, no replies on my email. It's a scam.

Waited ages for delivery and when it arrived I was very disappointed. One item looked nothing like the picture and was very big despite being a 'small' size, and both were 100% polyester fabric despite being sold as premium cotton and polyester blend. They looked and felt horrible. If I had know they were from China I would not have ordered.

Impressed by the weight and texture of the material. It has that premium feel without being stiff. Fits true to size and looks even better in person.

Scam company.
Material is cheap and nasty. Not as described. Product does not look as it should. Sizes are way too small. Was offered a mystery gift worth $50 for only $20, what arrived was a $5 plastic skull ice tray. When contacted, as per typical scam, unable to refund due to cost to do so. Oh but we can give you a store credit and you can re order the same poor quality item. No thank you.

Do not deal with this company. Ordered a jacket, took a long time to receive. Jacket didn't fit and wasn't as described. Their customer service won't let me return the jacket and is refusing to refund the purchase price.

temu junk resold as premium. Any review above 1 star is astroturfing done on behalf of the chinese scammer running the site.

Beware...!! Scam site...!!! I received a shirt that was completely different from the colors on their website. There's no customer service. Customer service either doesn't respond, or it takes several weeks for them to respond. I also ordered a ring, but after several weeks of waiting, I received an email saying they no longer had it in stock. I asked for a refund, but I haven't gotten a response. I think they're waiting for the goods from China. I can't explain all this time!

Bought a jacket from this company on 2nd March. I was going through my PayPal activity and noticed they have taken 2 payments.
The second payment is for a 'mystery gift' I didn't order. A dispute is now raised with PayPal!!

the tracking is horrid, they tried to charge me 3 times, my bank sent me a fraud alert. They never answered one email, but made tickets with auto response. I learned my lesson to check online about a company. still have no idea if item will ever be received, oy.

Cheap material
No return policy because they tell yhou to return them to china warehouse which will cost more than $100.
No partial refund.
No support from customer support.
waste of time and money

The item I commanded wasn't delivered. The tracking code wasn't right and they refused to pay me back because they said it was deliverd. I can't even search the company who delivered because they gave false information

Bought trousers for over $100.
Very low quality and the size was not correct.
They never responded on my e-mails.

Communication was very good until I both the products... Then received low cost poor quality items with no tags... No answer to emails for refund or return...

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! I bought a pair of pants . They came and was a totally different product ! They then ask you to return to China so then you don’t actually return. Then when I did they then disappear !!! Still have not gotten a response or my refund

Absolutely horrendous experience. jacket sent was the wrong size and so doesn’t fit . For me to return costs over £25 ! They are blatantly flouting distance selling regulations as the item is not fit for purpose! Do they care ? Nope so unless you want to keep a £70 that doesn’t fit / not as described I suggest you buy elsewhere disgusting trading should be struck off then they want £5 restock fee as well
Oh n they don’t want to pay customs either so they illegally ask you to put the cost of the item at £5 !!! So in the event of it getting lost you’re only insured for that amount
