Horrible quality. Probably Temu resell. I will not buy anything from this shop again.

I placed an order in December of 2025. The items did not arrive until the end of January 2026. I tried to cancel the order after 3 weeks of trying to contact their customer service to no avail. When I finally reach somebody by email, as there is no phone number of course, I sent a total of 17 emails requesting information on how to return the items. Most of them were ignored until I stated that I had contacted my bank and the better Business bureau and was considering legal action. At that point several different people started to respond in an attempt to confuse me and stall and make it impossible for me to return the items. At the writing of this review, some genius at the company was trying to offer me 40% off future items in order to stop pursuing a need to return the existing items. The items are incredibly poor quality. You can get the same items for half the price elsewhere. And they are refusing to let me return them. I started the process for returning within the 30-day window, they intentionally stall and tried to tell you that it's your fault that they weren't returned during that time period I am still trying to return the items and get my money back. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND THEY HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO DO ANYTHING POSSIBLE TO NOT REFUND MONEY TO CUSTOMERS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO DO BUSINESS.

Box showed up discreet, unpacked clean and ready. Slipped it on, instant mood lift for show. Material soft against skin, moves free no binding. Love the whole vibe.

Ordered a jacket in a large and it was tight. I got in touch with their customer service to ask for an exchange and followed the instructions given by returning the jacket, attaching a letter with address and sizing and asking for an exchange. Have since had 0 contact from them or update. I know they have it, I tracked it so now I'm out of pocket with no jacket to show for it and no customer service either. Disgusting.

I purchased the women's butterfly top gray/one size. It looks really cute but this "one size" runs so small it does not fit an adult woman. I am built very petite and could barely get it on. I am so disappointed.

Do not buy from this company they dont do returns at all

Ruffled look dark fun. Buttons hold, cleans easy. Size up option.

Got flowy style, fits nice at waist. Wore out dancing, stayed perfect. Just right.

So let me just say I ordered first then read reviews due to delay in my order (3 weeks). I was afraid due to bad reviews, however my order arrived and is exactly what’s on the site. My order is perfect with good fabric, I love my purse and jacket. Wish I can add the pictures but I don’t see an option.

Bandana skull scarf ties easy, breathable cotton blocks sun on hot gigs. Folds small in pockets, washes clean every time. Worn as headband or neckerchief – versatile alt must-have that amps any outfit.

Wrong size delivered. VERY difficult to return. 5 emails without a response. I'm still trying to contact them; it's been almost a month now.

This store is a complete scam they are charging overinflated pricing for plastic terrible items. Bad finish incorrect sizes. No customer service lost $130 on stuff that's gone in the bin

False advertising on their end. The clothing that they advertise looks nothing like what you receive and the prices they charge are astronomical. What I received was a dollar store Tshirt with a very cheap star hot pressed onto it - for over $70.00 Cdn. This did not in any way shape or form resemble the item that was shown on their website. Can I return it, yes, but at my cost and it goes all the way back to China, so more of my money spent to try to retrieve a few cents back after all the costs. Stay far far away from this place or you too will be scammed I am most certain of that.

Tracked order daily, right on schedule delivery. First try perfect fit, no returns needed. Wore out rain, dried quick no stains. Beats other sites hands down.

GothNRock is another name for TheEndCult store. Both are just Chinese scammers. If you buy there and want to return a product, you will be asked to send it back to China at your cost and declare fake information for the tax office, which is a crime. They are not compliant with EU law. Avoid at all costs! Also, poor quality of the products.

Ordered a skull motif knitted jumper for £50.99 (apparently reduced from £101.98). Jumper arrived 2 weeks later (from China - Shipped via Yun Express). Having assumed it was being sent from the UK, as the prices were in GBP and the website written in English, already it's looking iffy.
The jumper I ordered was a loose, chunky'ish looking knitted jumper. What arrived was an extremely cheap looking copy. Cheap, fine knitted and a very bizarre fit. It WAS NOT what they display on the website.
Obviously, as it was so evidently different I figured, based on their t's & c's, that I'd be entitled to a refund.
Multiple emails were exchanged and multiple times I was ignored.
Their first resolution was:

"Since returns need to be sent back to our main warehouse overseas, the process can be quite expensive and time-consuming, especially this time of year, and the return shipping cost would need to be covered on your end.
As a quicker and more budget-friendly alternative, we’d be happy to offer you 40% off if you’d like to reorder the same items or choose something else you love from our shop.
It’s a bit of an unconventional solution, but in most cases, it ends up being faster and just as affordable as sending the items back. If that works for you, we’ll gladly send over the discount code."

Erm, not likely!
I refused that, stating they had not sent me the item I ordered. I then received this response:

"Thank you for getting in touch. If you'd like to return your item in line with our return policy, here’s what to do:
1. Send the item back to our warehouse at the address below.
2. Include a note inside the package with your order number to help us quickly identify your return.
3. Email us the return tracking number once the item is on its way.
As part of our return policy, a $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund upon processing the returned item. This fee covers the costs associated with restocking and transaction processing."

Again, I reiterated that they didn't send me the item I ordered so I will not pay them any more money to send it back!! They then asked me to send proof, which I did, multiple times and eventually got this message:

"We apologize, but if the item isn`t damaged, the customer pays the return shipping price."

I again stated that it wasn't that it was damaged, but that it wasn't what I ordered and then I just received this reply to all of my subsequent emails:

"Please send it back to us and we`ll refund you."

I am now pursuing the issue with my bank.

Don´t expect, that you will get your money back.

The two products I received were awful quality and didn’t fit. I was given the opportunity to send it back at great expense to China, or just suck it up. I spent over £100 and I feel very much that I’ve been scammed. I’ll be so much more diligent in the future.
