Never heard of this company before so was a bit unsure. But it was a great price, they sent me a message checking the order and posted it off fast. Would buy from again!

Nvidia 5090 graphics cards have been notoriously hard to get a hold of with scalpers buying up inventory as soon as it appears online, and trying to sell for laughably high mark ups.

I had a card with another company on back order but was taking an age.

Found Gotraka after scouring the net for in stock cards.
As a total unknown to me and the fact that they had 5090's in stock at MSRP, I was a little sceptical.
But they had seemingly genuine, very positive trust pilot reviews so "took a punt".

I can now add to those reviews.
Great service.
Ordered on Good Friday when I saw the stock and was despatched AM of Tuesday, after the bank holidays.

Great product, speedy delivery and not scalped on their own store like so many others do.
A day late with delivery but I wont hold that against Gotraka, as couriers are often late to my area.

A wee hidden gem of a place that the bots and scalpers seemingly overlooked so I'll be keeping you bookmarked for sure, for future tech purposes.

First time I have used Gotraka. I got an awesome deal on a monitor, delivery was quick, and the customer service was great when I had a query. Definitely going to be using them again in future.

Insanely fast delivery. Placed an order on a late Friday afternoon, probably at 4pm. I thought, as it's close to 5pm, it wouldn't make the dispatch time for the day.

I got a confirmation email, and no confirmation that it had been shipped. Anyway, it was delivered next day on Saturday morning, on standard delivery.

Very impressed, and it was for a motherboard that I thought they wouldn't have in stock - I ordered 4 of them as they had a great price and need them to build some PCs I make

I recently ordered a GPU I’d been wanting for a few months now, but it had been in high-demand. I randomly came across this site 2 days ago and thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn’t.

I paid only £6.99 for next day delivery and received my GPU in 2 days! (Order by 3pm for 1 day delivery.)

Was a bit skeptical at first as I hadn’t heard of them before, but they proved my doubts wrong and provided exceptional service. Got an NZXT PC case for just over half of retail RRP. Arrived just two days after ordering, and was exactly as expected. Will be shopping here again in the future.

This my first venture into using Gotraka and i have have to say what a superb service they provide.i placed my order and the goods arrived 24hrs later perfectly packaged no damage to the products.i will be ordering more products so as to complete my computer built.

This company's service is absolutely disgraceful. I placed an order for a 27' cooler master monitor just after Christmas and was told it would not be shipped until after Jan 2nd due to delays which made total sense. It was delivered to me within a couple of days following Jan 2nd and all was well until I opened the box. The monitor came damaged with cracks in the top left hand side of the screen despite me not touching it and still having the protective tape around the border. The same top left corner of the polystyrene foam was also damaged, suggesting that it was likely a courier error. However, after getting in touch to discuss the next step, this company have given me nothing but grief. I was told to send pictures of the damage and packaging of which I did and was told it was sufficient and that I should repackage the product and tape it back up for collection. I was then told to wait 2-3 business days for a reply concerning a collection date. Not only did the reply come late, but it was not helpful in the slightest. I was told that I had to send more pictures of the damage, despite being told that my photos were sufficient and that I should repackage and tape the monitor back in it's box. I was then told that it was down to me to print a label for collection, even though I had told them that my printer had broken and I could not do this. After multiple calls and emails stretching across almost an entire week with unhelpful employees providing no information necessary for the collection, I was eventually told that royal mail would come and collect the monitor and would bring the label with them today between 10am-6pm. I have waited in all day for the collection and yet there has not been one person to come and collect the monitor, along with receiving no update or email from the company explaining why they have not collected it as I was told last night. It is now 8:30, 2 hours and 30 minutes past the LATEST collection time I was provided, and I am still sitting here with a damaged product, £140+ down, and not being told if i will be issued a refund or a replacement. This is disgraceful and this company needs to seriously reconsider their services. Be careful if you order from here as they are extremely unreliable and are hardly willing to help you.

I ordered the GTR Shadowhawk during the Black Friday sales, no one was offering a deal like Gotraka. Admittedly I hesitated to buy from them, as they're a startup company, I was a little wary of using an online brand I wasn't familiar with, but I used my credit card and took a punt.
When the item arrived, I noticed the motherboard hadn't been installed properly, as the HDMI port at the back was misaligned. Gotraka got back to me the next day, had it uplifted the following by DPD and a few days later it was returned to me, still in immaculate condition, with the error corrected. Yes, it was a bit of a pain having to send it back and some quality testing could be improved, but what i was really impressed with was the pricing and the customer service.
Any email I sent was responded to quickly and professionally, the error was corrected efficiently and at no further cost to myself.
For their customer service and pricing alone, they deserve 5 stars. I got an RTX4070 graphics card, i5 processor etc for around £800, keeping in mind the graphics card itself goes for between £500-£600.
The wireless adapter is useless, so I would definitely upgrade to an installed one, or just plug in your Ethernet.
If this company keeps it's focus on customer service, it will go very far.

My 4080 super gpu was delivered in perfect condition and I was happy

Item was a good price and arrived quickly. The disc was straightforward to install and works as expected.

Fantastic little company. A motherboard I wanted was out of stock most places but luckily I found it on the Gotraka website, and with a 10% off code on Black Friday!

I called them the next day for confirmation of the order and had a really nice talk with them, the order was already on its way to me. Sure enough the next day it was delivered safe and sound.

Next time im in need of a computer part i'll be sure to check them out again.

Good comms, quick delivery & competitive pricing. Would definitely use again. Would prefer an option to track deliveries that does not involve using the ’Shop’ app.
