Cancelled order after full payment made
Ordered a printer this morning after reading the reviews and was confident this was a good retailer. I paid around £250 via paypal. This evening I receive this from customer service. I needed a printer for Monday, now have to wait up to a week to get a refund before can buy another device. Shocking service, well it is Friday 13th!!!!!
Shortly after your order was placed, we was notified by our warehouse team that this order cannot be honoured.
Unfortunately, we have encountered a listing issue with this order, and because of this we would not be able to provide the item ordered as we do not actually sell the item.
For this we profusely apologise, this is not the level of service we expect to provide when customers choose us here at Gotraka.
We will be issuing you a full refund for this order, and cancelling this for you. Please allow 3-5 working business days for this to arrive back in your original payment method.

We are truly sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you. Unfortunately this was caused by a system issue which affected the listing on our website. Whilst we do our very best to ensure any problems are found and rectified, the issue that affected the listing for the Canon printer you ordered only became known to us as the order fed down to our warehouse management system
Regarding Paypal transactions, as this is transaction was completed on Paypal's platform we have no control over the length of time it takes to reach your account as the payment is processed by Paypal themselves. From our side all we can do is authorise the refund which was actioned immediately. We do hope that Paypal didn't take too long to return the funds.

Good comms, good price, quick delivery
I bought a Samsung tablet from Gotraka. I had never heard of the company before, but I read enough reviews to convince me that they were legitimate, and I'm glad I went ahead with them. They answered a question promptly and in a very human manner; the shopping experience and follow-up communications were everything you'd want them to be, the price was excellent, and the product was delivered very quickly.
