Paid a $97.00 fee thinking that this…

Paid a $97.00 fee thinking that this covered the entire passport renewal process due to misleading representations on their website. After paying the fees in January there were multiple problems trying to take an acceptable photo on their website. Had to have a passport photo taken at a local drugstore (Additional Fee) and submitted application package including old passport to National Passport Processing facility only to have it returned to me because no further remittance was submitted with package.
In my opinion, this website is a total waste of time and money. Just have your renewal done at a LEGITIMATE Postal Office or Official Agency. I am now out the $97.00 fee paid to them and five months of lost time waiting for their incompetance and still no renewed passport.

I don't trust Gov+ (Scammers)

I used Gov+ thinking it was a way to get my TSA Precheck updated. I was not getting TSA Precheck all of a sudden on my flights so I assumed it had expired since Gov+ contacted me about the same time. I paid $97 to get my TSA precheck done then they said it wasn't expired yet but they will keep the $ and it will be paid when due....I got busy with other things and let it go. When I requested them to pay once it was about to expire they said there is a misunderstanding those $ weren't for TSA Precheck. So I updated my PSA Precheck at a different site..only $58. Then Gov+ called me a day later saying they see my TSA precheck was updated. I said I did it thru a different site. They said we can issue you a refund but instead they tried to charge my Credit card again. My CC company blocked it since they know these guys are Scammers I assume.

Total scam all they did was fill out an application for me and I still have to pay more fees. I should have just gone to the post office and avoided the middle man who took more than 3 months. Save yourself the time and money and go to the post office.

I REQUEST A REFUND FOR ALL THE CHARGES THEY DID ON MY ACCOUNT. 1. $62.00 THEN 2. $97.00 THAN 3. $58.75 I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM TSA STATING I NEED A RENEW MY TSA. I WAS THINKING I DID SOMETHING WRONG AND SEARCH BANK ACCT. FOR THE PAYMENT, COULD NOT FIND IT. THEN I DID PAYMENT #3 TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS I DID. TURN OUT #1 WAS A SUBCRIPTION TO GOV+ #2 WAS SOME GOVERMENT CHARGE. THE CORRECT ONE WAS #3 THE ACTUAL TSA RENEWAL. I DID NOT CONTINUE AND CALL THEM AND ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE I HAD ALL THOSE CHARGES. AFTER GETTING UPSET AND ADVISING I WAS GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW THEY DECIDED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR $138.75 THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE TSA OFFICE PERSONALLY. I'VE LEARN MANY THINGS THIS WEEK. AND FOR ALL WHO ARE WONDERING IT WAS MY AGE. IT WAS ALL THE POP UP THAT THEY SENT. BE CAREFUL GO THE O'HARE AIRPORT AND GET IT DONE INSTEAD. AGE 70 CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY.
