DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !! The absolute worst service ever. They advertise 3 days, it took 8 weeks to get my docs, after calling 4 times and holding for an hour each time. The docs that came were blurry photos of what I submitted. They weren't even usable. I just did it thru the post office and had my passport in 2 weeks.

Do not use Gov+
I used this company to expedite the passport process. Paid their very high fees associated with expediting and never received my passport. Any contact with them is through AI agents via email and phone calls. At this point I have to go to a passport agency in nyc. I have requested multiple times from Gov + and still have not received a straight answer.
DO NOT use Gov +. Go directly to US passport website. The are a fraud company

Don't not use this company if you think you are filing out an application for your passport to go directly to the go the government you are WRONG! They brand themselves as making your passport renewal process easy, but all they do is charge you money to get your forms sent out to you in a huge amount of time.
