I am a frequent customer of Gracegentle mainly for the amazing Jellycat collection available. The two wonderful ladies work consistently to provide excellent customer service and keep up with new releases as well as making everyone feel welcome in store. They offer great help and are very attentive. It’s so lovely to see a small business in a town do so well!

Fabulous shop
Fabulous shop. Great staff. Plenty of lovely things to buy including an amazing array of Jellycat toys. I’ve used the click and collect service, as well as shopping directly in store. Great service!
