I began working with Chris in July. He immediately helped me understand what my career preferences were, which companies I would be most interested to apply to, and what skills would be required to be successful in those roles. Chris and his team also provided incredible support on editing and formatting my CV so that it had the highest chance possible of passing the initial application screenings. Then, during the interview stages, I was provided with extensive coaching to help with how to structure my answers, how to speak confidently, and how to stand out by asking extremely insightful questions to the assessors at the end. What really stood out to me was how a few days before I took part in an important graduate assessment centre, he organised a mock interview for me with a professional recruiter who usually recruits CEOs. That mock interview was incredibly helpful and gave me the confidence and tips I needed to succeed in the assessment centre, which resulted in me receiving a job offer from an amazing company! So, in general, I am incredibly grateful for the support I received from Chris and his team, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was struggling with a career change for a while and felt there was no way forward. Until I came across Chris's book and advice. Although it required patience, learning from mistakes and a few months of waiting for the right opportunity, I got a job offer! I signed up for graduate coach myself to get extra help for interviews. Between the mock interviews I did with them and a comprehensive list of ways to answer almost any question I could be asked, it was absolutely helped. The always available team provided advice on assessment centres and marketing yourself whilst the online course was a treasure trove of information for the entire hiring process. I attribute much of why I was hired to what I learnt from Graduate Coach.

I highly recommend Chris Davies and the graduate coach programme if you are struggling with the application and interview process or simply direction in getting onto the career ladder. They helped my son create a more professional CV, gain some perspective on careers available, apply and interview for graduate roles and secure a new job which he starts in two weeks. Really great and worth every penny. Chris coached our daughter, re-writing her CV, and taught her how to prepare for interviews. From being quite shy and nervous about the whole process, our daughter has gained in confidence enormously, and has now successfully landed the graduate job that she was looking for. Chris's dedication, experience and skills are second to none. He regularly coached our daughter at 7 in the morning and sometimes at 8 at night so that it did not interfere with her work.
