Chris and Sam are brilliant,
They motivate, direct to you to the correct strategy.
All in all they are Amazing!!

Dear friends before you’ll pay your money for this company and them services, please read my review. I will be absolutely honest with you and I hope it is won't let you make the mistakes I made.
I went through all the steps with this company. First, a one-hour online presentation, then a 3-days Millionaire Masterclass in November 2021, and then I paid for Mentorship. I decided to join Mentorship after presentation in the 3th day of Millionaire Masterclass.
During of Masterclass I asked director of the Property Abundance about 100% success they promising, even if I do not have enough money to buy property (which was my main reason to join them. My dream was buy house for my own), and he confirmed that, and then I asked about refund of my money in case I do not reach any success and as I heard he confirmed few times, that it is will be done definitely (my first mistake was I did not record it). Afterwards there was psychological treatment or techniques that inducing euphoria and pushing to action. As far as I understand, this was a marketing ploy to increase sales of services of Property Abundance.
And it is worked for me I trusted the words and promises and paid for the Mentorship, I used nearly all my saved money, which I saved carefully during the years. SO MY SECOND MISTAKE WAS – THAT I TRUSTED THE WORDS. But to be honest in the Millionaire Masterclass they did not provide me with contract or any terms and conditions, only after I paid full amount of money for Mentorship I so terms and condition in electronic version. AND MY THIRTH BIGEST MISTAKE WAS I DID NOT READ “SMALL LETTERS”, I mean I did not read terms and condition properly, because I was in a hurry to achieve the promised success.
As a result, after Mentorship began, I diligently completed the mentor's assignments without even realizing the benefits of the tasks. This continued for four months, with no progress or successes at all. When I asked for help or a replacement mentor or a different property investment strategy, the company director endlessly blamed me, instead of offering support or assistance.
Finally, I felt completely lost and depressed, and I lost all interest in property investment because of this company's mentoring style. And I realized that this whole thing could completely destroy me. And in the end, I decided to choose myself and my mental health.
And all this time, from 2022 to this day, I've been trying to get my money back and get justice. I even went to court. Unfortunately, I didn't get justice and lost even more money, because of my 3 mistakes.
That's why I'm writing this negative review, so that you, dear friends, can be very careful and don't repeat my mistakes.

I learnt a lot about property investing and resources out there for everyone.
I highly recommend this to everyone looking to get unto the property ladder.

There was a lot of information to support me with my property business. Although i did not get my first property during the 12 months, i do believe that i am almost there just need to find an agent that is willing to take a chance on me as a new company let.
As a training company and property investors; Sam, Chris and Toby my coach, were there to back me and encourage and motivate me along the way. I am thinking of extending my membership to get the success and financial freedom that i want.

I had a great experience with the team. They shared excellent information during a three-day session for free, putting in their best effort to make it enjoyable. However, I find the mentorship to be quite pricey at the moment, but I may consider it in the future.
