Then shortage in supply, had e mail & phone call keeping me updated. Sent parcel immediately & refunded the shortfall. So impressed with kindness & humans on end of the phone ! Excellent Customer service. I placed my order and received an email a couple of days later saying that the item was out of stock but would be in stock again the following week. Once it’s arrived with them I received another email to say it had been dispatched. It arrived as expected. Thank you very much.
