Incorrect parts - sorted out after some confusion

Ordered two kits as Christmas presents, the very first part of the first kit was incorrect (too long) so I reported it on the website & the other kit got built up.

In early Jan I had heard nothing, so contacted them again. It's now the end of Jan & I've had no reponse at all.

Edit 1st Feb:-
I have now heard from Grand Brix, apparently my messages had gone into "spam", it took me a few days to realise as ironically the message went into my "spam".

The correct part arrived after a couple of days with a hand written apology, the kit has now been built up & is evey bit as good as the other one. So, a bit of a hiccup, but all sorted out very satisfactorily.

Worth The Wait?

I'll admit I was reluctant to buy at first (AI generated pictures rather than the real product) but the 1976 McLaren M23 Kit was just the perfect gift I was looking for and decided to go for it.

I placed the order on February 17th. According to the website, despatch time takes up to three days and delivery to Europe, another 5 working days.

Come this week and still the order hasn't arrived and I haven't heard from them (no shipment notification or any mails regarding any issue that may have arised).

I've written them three times already and every attempt has gone unanswered.

According to previous customers, this is not a one time thing. Luckily, it seems most of them do receive their items or hear from them.

I don't mind if the order takes longer to deliver but state so in your website and please, any good customer service requires answering all mails and queries.

UPDATE (10/3/2025):
Good news! I've finally heard from the owner. I appreciate he has taken the time to explain the delay and he's promised to deliver the order on time. Looking forward to it!

Scam

I ordered a minifigure as a christmas gift around the first week of december. I wrote to them in January how is my order looking they said my adress was insuficcient and they got the package back in december (why couldnt they write to me about this?) so I’ve send them an email with my adress written differently so maybe it would be better this time. It’s 23rd of February, I have written to them three times already - no response, no package, no money back. I do not recommend.

EDIT: After a few months the problem was resolved and I got my money back, but I am not completely satisfied as I didn't get my order and clearly other people had the same issue. I appreciate the resolving but still feel like it shoul've been resolved much sooner.

I understand your frustration Sandra but as discussed, we shipped your order promptly to the address you gave upon checkout and it was returned to us due to an insufficient address (in January may I add... the December date you're referring to on the package was the date the Slovak Post sent it back). We informed you of this as soon as we received the package and then shipped it again to the updated address you gave, as requested. We then heard nothing from you so assumed you'd received the order, until you wrote again to say you hadn't, at which point we fully refunded you, so I'm not sure why you say you wrote 3 times with no response but I'm just glad we could get this resolved eventually and I apologise that it wasn't a smooth experience for you.

Slow delivery but worth the wait

Placed my order 10 days ago. No confirmation email, not received anything in the post and my email query went unanswered. I suspect I’ve been scammed sadly
UPDATE

after posting this review I did receive an email response, explaining the reason for delay. I then got home a found them waiting for me in the post. Very good quality and I’m happy and relieved to report it’s definitely not a scam. Just slow to dispatch, which is not a major issue

Premium product beats expectations

I viewed these models several times on the website but was reluctant to purchase as the product images were computer generated rather than actual photographs.
I eventually pulled the trigger on MP4/4 after LEGO's official set proved to be something of a disappointment, and although it arrived slightly later than expected, I'm very glad I did. The packaging has a premium feel to it, significantly better than official LEGO sets, with a sturdy, bespoke designed, re-sealable box (actually much better than the ones pictured on the website) and a protective wallet for the stickers.
Most importantly, the stickers are very high quality, possibly even better than LEGO's own. Perfectly printed on high quality material and attractively presented. One minor complaint - there are two stickers in this set that are impossible to apply - the Goodyear logo for the front wing endplates (which the instructions advise to apply across studs) and the lower blue band on Senna's crash helmet (its just not physically possible to apply it in it's proper position without major distortion). I should also mention that the tyre stickers have a looser bond than I would ideally like, perhaps a separate sticker sheet with different glue is required for rubber parts?
The instructions are virtually identical to those seen in official LEGO sets, although I do think it would be reasonable to include a paper copy given the price.
There were absolutely no issues at all with the build - as expected, there are a couple of fragile connections (front and rear spoilers in this case), but this is the price of such accurate representation of the real car.
The completed model is as good of a representation of the real car as I could imagine in this scale (closer to true minifigure scale than Speed Champions sets), very cleverly designed with remarkable efficiency of parts use. I can confidently say that the end result looks as good as the CG images on the website.
In conclusion, if you are happy to pay the high price, you should not be disappointed with these kits which have clearly been designed and produced with a great deal of care and attention to detail.

Ordered Lewis Hamilton World Champion…

Ordered Lewis Hamilton World Champion Car etc plus stand on 27th March Now 9th April. On the delivery page, it says 2-3 days delivery in UK. No goods. No reply to email via website. I have sent 2 via their web site. It does not fill me with any confidence. No customer service. No way to contact them...............They did get back to me and to be honest they did everything they promised. Thank you 🙏

I placed an order and paid for the Max…

Update:
After posting a message here on TrustPilot, I received an email from GrandBrix and their apologies for the delay. They sent the two Minifigs and my son is very pleased with them.

Original post: 27/02/2024. I placed an order and paid for the Max Verstappen lego Minifig and the Esteban Ocon lego minifig on 12 Jan 2024. These are for my 8 year old son who is a big Formula one fan. It's now 27 February and I haven't heard anything from GrandBrix. I have sent 2 messages via their online contact to enquire when the minifigs will be sent out. No response. I can't find any phone numbers or other ways to contact them on their website. Extremely disappointed.

Missing pieces.

Update - Ive just heard back from them and the email is very apologetic. Going to see if we can resolve it now so max verstappen can race around the house as he needs to :) Very kind email from the owner, so absolute credit to them for coming back to me after seeing this review and finding junk filters were causing some of the problems!

We bought a white max verstappen kit for my nephew for Christmas and as he tried to build it we discovered there were missing pieces. My sister, my partner and I have all emailed their contact email address multiple times with no reply. I like the idea of their products but with no other way to contact them than a form on their website and no response at all nearly one month after first contacting them I can only give a negative review and warn others about the challenges they may face if they have any issues with the product they purchase.
