We recently purchased a woodburner, and the service from start to finish was excellent. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step was handled with care, expertise, and great communication.
The team was friendly, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable, taking time to explain the process and answer any questions. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and a real focus on safety and cleanliness.
The woodburner looks fantastic, works perfectly, and has completely transformed the room. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommended!

We had problems with our gas fire. We went to the showroom where they were very helpful and explained all our options and arranged for an engineer to visit us. when the engineer called he did a thorough service and checked the fire after which our fire worked as new. We were very impressed with the service from start to finish.

The team arrived on time, put floor protection down and got to work. The guys were friendly. Removed the old fire fitted a new surround and fire.
