The quality of what we ordered was amazing. My daughter is over the moon and couldn't believe it. She had ordered the Harry Styles cardigan and constantly gets comments on how good it looks and how close to the real one it is. Excellent work!

Brief was woolly hat to be knitted with chunky weave and yarn with a simple pattern. Item received was knitted with the thinnest yarn, size was too small and pattern was very poor. Item did not match and the simple brief not at all met for a cost of £60!
Just received a very nice bespoke cardigan. It took a while but it was worth the wait. Will use them again in future. Highly recommended.

Not happy at all. I’m so disappointed for the amount of money I paid and the time I waited for it. The color is completely different and the hat is not like the picture I sent. I wish they would have told me they couldn’t do it so I have just saved my money and time.

The quality and service of Grannies Inc. was very high. And my order was estimated quickly and delivered within the estimated time-span. I had designed my own scarfs (to a specific and unusual design) which was interpreted really well, from sketches by the person who knit it. When I paid for my order there was an issue with the Paypal transaction, this wasn't the fault of anyone, which was solved when Grannies Inc. agreed to a help-out with an alternative payment method - so there wasn't a significant delay. I would definitely consider using the service again based on the quality of craftsmanship an ease of service.
Fantastic product really happy. You really listens to what I asked for and I’m very satisfied with the product. Perhaps could have done with an email update on a timeline for how it was coming along but overall Thankyou very much for my jumper.
