Fast delivery

Easy to order and delivered quickly

Was looking for a new key set for my caravan and Grantham's were the only people who had it in stock.

I ordered it on a Sunday and later that day I received an email from Amanda who had already packed and prepared the item for dispatch. I received the item via Royal Mail a couple of days later.

Overall an outstanding service and very impressive. Highly recommended.

Only ordered 2 things however it cost me nearly a grand , only for 50% of the order to turn up incorrect. I still have the wrong item in my car waiting for collection that I arranged with Grantham only for it not to be collected as planned. I am still waiting for the correct item to be delivered. The mistake on delivery cost me money on changing plans that I had made with this equipment but that doesn’t seem to be their problem. I arranged with customer service that I would be at my work location within a 8.5 hour day shift and the collection never happened only on complaining that I was told that the collection could be anytime through the day even when agreed a 8.5 hour window. I get the feeling that I should have stayed at work until the driver turned up which may or may not have happened.
My opinion.
Steer clear.

Always order from here for my caravan spares and accessories never had any problems first class service.

Have left this review until I had received the order, and it was completed. Cannot fault any part of the process from start to finish. Product exactly as expected, and at a competitive price. Arrived when expected, and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, was needing an awning light for caravan but I wanted same for same, and Grantham gave me the exact part number for ordering on their website. Could not fault their assistance in getting the right part for me.

First class service, when I arrived at Grantham caravans at Retford Sheila who was on reception made me very welcome and talked me through everything and booked my pickup time for the next day. Highly recommend Grantham caravans service department.

Easy to use website. Delivery service is lacking possible dates of receiving the goods. Overhaul kept up to date with the order process.

From initial web search which Grantham’s won in my endeavour to find a replacement awning light for our Chausson motorhome to the part arriving a few days later it was nothing but perfect.

What an amazing service from Grantham's! i ordered a replacement tap at the weekend, The Terms and conditions on the sale are clear, including delivery and ordering at weekends. On Monday morning I received notification on email that my order had been picked and shipped. I received within 24 hours. Super service! Thank you very much.

Very easy to navigate the online shop.My awning was dispatched from the manufacturer and arrived quickly. On inspection I found a faulty zip on a side panel. On ringing Granthams I found their young man in the office very helpful. I'm now awaiting a reply from the manufacturer but I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

I was looking for a Locknlevel there website came up the price was good purchased it on line and a few days later it turned up. All easy and quick so highly recommended.
