The only genuine highlight of Gravity West Court was the social events. Wunmi and Alice, the community organizers, are fantastic and put in real effort to create enjoyable experiences for residents. They deserve all the praise.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
Major issues:
Unsafe location: The building is in Hounslow, which felt genuinely unsafe. I was verbally harassed by drunk men in broad daylight, and crime rates in the area are noticeably high. As a woman, I never felt safe here, despite having lived in other rougher parts of London before.
Manipulative sales process: When signing the contract, the price kept increasing at each step. What started at £1,250 ended up at £1,850 plus council tax for a subpar flat. The rushed deadlines made it feel intentional.
Poor flat quality: The apartment was dirty when we moved in. People could look directly into our flat from the street. The mattress was terrible and gave us back pain. When we raised these issues early on, we were dismissed and not taken seriously.
Delayed fixes: Some problems were eventually addressed, but only after months of back-and-forth emails – by then, we were near the end of our lease and just wanted to leave.
Difficult deposit return: Getting our deposit back was another drawn-out, stressful process.
Advice:
I wouldn’t recommend living here, especially if you’re a single woman. Don’t be misled by the nice photos on the website – the building is actually an old office block that’s been cheaply converted. Also, if you’re hoping for a vibrant co-living community, this isn’t quite it, although the events team is clearly working hard to build one.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
Unsafe, overpriced, and misleading. Avoid Gravity. They offer rewards for good reviews, so don’t trust the ratings.
We moved in expecting a vibrant co-living and co-working space. Instead, we found an overpriced, noisy, poorly converted office building in one of London’s most unsafe areas, with constant police presence and street violence.
The room was not move-in ready. We had to buy our own bedding, plates, and cleaning items, even for a short let. We were promised weekly cleaning, which did not exist. Other tenants confirmed they were told the same lie.
The price increased from the advertised £1,200 to £1,850 plus council tax. After being ignored for weeks, we were rushed to sign days before moving in. It felt like a pressure tactic.
Getting our deposit back was a struggle. Gravity failed to follow standard procedures and tried to charge us for pre-existing issues, which we later learned is common here.
You could fold the mattress in half with one hand. We reported health issues from lack of sleep, and their solution was a better room only if we signed a 10-month extension. Walls were paper-thin, plumbing was noisy, and dimming bulbs were left unreplaced. After signing, support became cold and dismissive. Ganavi in particular avoided resolving even basic issues.
Photos online are heavily edited. The communal areas are dark, cramped, and not as shown. The windows gave zero privacy, with people passing by having a direct view of our bed.
Hounslow is not safe. We heard threats of stabbing outside, witnessed police searching the Gravity building, and saw a bus driver call for help. Within 200 meters, we counted eight betting shops and frequent street harassment against women. Stabbing even happened in front of the building.
The area is full of cheaply converted office buildings, including this one. It’s a failed business district repackaged as low-quality housing. The building has 90+ flats, the communal area is tiny in comparison. People are not coming here for co-living or working.
I could list more issues. This is not co-living and not for remote workers or newcomers to London.
The only bright spot was Wumni, Alice, and Cedric. They genuinely cared about residents and even helped with issues outside their responsibilities. Their kindness was the only thing that made this experience bearable.
To new people in London:
We previously rented a modern, quiet, fully equipped flat in Zone 2 near Canary Wharf for £1,600. Gravity charged far more for far less. You can find better.
Advice to Gravity:
Live in your own properties before promoting them. Try staying in the exact room you gave us. Sleep on that mattress. Work from your own lounge. Deal with no privacy and poor support. You’ll see how far reality is from your photoshopped marketing.
My stay in Gravity is really great. Best location with great transport links with bus stops and tube station around the corner. I also loved how the management keep their tenants engaged and build a wonderful community by hosting activities. Also, the flat is really nice which I really liked. Definitely, I will recommend this place to my friends.

A great place to live!
I have been living here for a few years now and enjoy the location, facilities and can see that the staff are often arranging social events - although I have not attended these they look quite fun and engaging!

I stayed at the one in kentish Town, rooms were spacious and the place was spotless and so convenient to services and amenities (there is also a supermarket nearby). Great value for money, I definitely recommend.

A Brilliant London Base
The space is modern, super clean, and had everything I needed. My place was quiet and comfortable. The location ideal, just minutes from West Hampstead station with cafes, shops, and green spaces right nearby. Big thumbs up to the friendly team, smooth check-in, and the thoughtful little touches. Perfect for a stylish, stress-free London stay with a social twist. Highly recommend!

I work from home, and having access to the co-working space on site has been a game changer, it saves me the extra cost of hot desking while giving me a productive environment to work in. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and while I haven’t had a chance to join any events yet, there seems to be a great variety for everyone. The person who booked me in was really friendly and took the time to understand my needs, which I appreciated. So far, I’m happy with the experience!

GravityCo West Court
If I could walk away from this nightmare of an apartment without financial penalty, I would do so in a heartbeat. The only reason I’m still here is because I have no other choice. If the management company is willing to terminate my contract early without penalty, it would be the best outcome for everyone.
Moving Day Disaster:
From day one, it was a complete disaster. I arrived at the property at 16:00, and unsurprisingly, there were no staff on-site to greet me. I was handed the wrong code to access the key box, leaving me stranded outside for over an hour. When I finally gained entry, the property was filthy.
Endless Maintenance Issues:
I reported a leaking shower on Christmas Eve, and it took an utterly unacceptable two months for anyone to fix it. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, one of the lifts was only repaired about a week ago — despite me moving in back in December 2024.
Access Problems That Make Absolutely No Sense:
The recent Heathrow power cut has made it impossible to access my own property. The building uses a fob system for entry, but there are also keys kept by the management company for reasons beyond comprehension.
After waiting a maddening hour and a half for a locksmith, he showed up, unlocked my door, and then kept the key. Yes, the key to my own property was taken away from me. As a result, I had to lock myself out just to get to work. It’s now Saturday morning, and contractors supposedly won’t be here until Monday to fix the issue.
I say “supposedly” because there’s been absolutely no communication with residents about the matter. I have no idea if the management company even realizes how many residents will face access issues over the weekend, or if they even care. Their indifference is nothing short of shocking.
Customer Service Is A Complete Joke:
Customer service here is atrocious. Emails are cold, robotic, and filled with zero empathy. Replies are blunt, nonsensical, and clearly rushed. And if you encounter an issue over the weekend? Forget about it. You won’t hear from them until Monday if you’re lucky — or more likely, sometime later in the week.
If your customer service team can’t respond without enraging residents, I’d suggest they start running their emails through ChatGPT just to at least pretend to care.
I could go on about the countless issues I’ve faced, but I honestly don’t wish to expend any more energy on this horrendous experience.
I would strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. The level of incompetence, poor communication, and blatant disregard for residents’ well-being is beyond belief.
I have lived in Gravity Co-Living Finsbury Park for almost 9 months. The house is in a great location, it's a short walk to Finsbury Park and also to the station, which has worked well for my journeys to work. My room is modern and comes with an ensuite bathroom and has views of the garden. The large garden and BBQ area is a real bonus, as a lot of the other rental properties I considered did not come with one.
Security was one of my top priorities and this is securely gated. The social events are good and give you an opportunity to meet everyone.

We were looking for a safe, clean and central location for our son to stay while on a work placement in London.
Gravity Co-Living Finsbury Park certainly met this criteria, and more. The accommodation offers modern ensuite rooms that are very clean and well kept. An additional bonus is the large garden and relaxation area, which is rare with accommodation in London. It’s a great space and has allowed him to relax and meet others in a gated and safe environment.
The house itself is a beautiful and secure building, which, as parents gave us peace of mind which was important as we live many miles away. Also, having other young professionals sharing the same environment means that he has been able to socialise with others.
The location is superb, just a short walk to Finsbury Park Station with all amenities on your doorstep, Finsbury Park is also just a 2 minute walk away.
We also liked the fact that the tenancy term is more flexible than traditional contracts. We definitely made the right choice with Gravity Co-Living.

Lived in the Camden Town property for 18M, and absolutely enjoyed my experience. All functions including heating, water, electricity, etc work perfectly throughout my stay. My experience with the team is also pleasant - they are responsive, dependable, and fair in resolving any problems / issues.
Would highly recommend Gravity Property for those who are looking for hassle-free place to stay.

Gravity Co-Living in Notting Hill is a pretty awesome spot if you’re looking for a mix of community and location. The team, specifically Alice and Wunmi, goes all out with community events, making it easy to meet people and feel more at home even if you know no one. The vibe in the building is friendly and, with the right people, quite social, which is a big plus.
The location couldn’t be better—Notting Hill has everything: great transport, cute cafes, and plenty to explore. This building is one of Gravity’s newer ones, so some bits still felt like they’re being fine-tuned. But honestly, the team has been quick and helpful whenever any issues pop up, so no big complaints there.
One thing to keep in mind—it’s VERY close to the Notting Hill Carnival route. If you’re into that buzz and energy, you’ll love it. But if you’re not, well… you might want to plan an escape that weekend!
