James explained everything in detail.
He displayed empathy and understanding. He also explained the whole process and made it very simple to understand. Following a traumatic experience, its nice to speak to people who appreciate what you have been through.

Awful company, simlar experiance as one of the other reviews. I put in an enquiry and received 18 phone calls from a mix of landline, mobile and withheld numbers in two hours.

Not a single voicemail message left and when I sent them to the voicemail twice as I wasn’t in a position to pick up, they immediately phoned repeatedly in response - 8 calls in less than 5 mins is harassment and disgusting behaviour.

What an absolute JOKE of a company! All I did was put in an enquiry a day ago, I was putting my child down for a nap and Hiten called me atleast 10 times from 3 different numbers. Non stop like it was an emergency. What on earth are they thinking what an embarrassment to be so desperate for clients that your having to call someone non stop for within half an hour. ANY HIGHER MANAGEMENT SEEING THIS IS MORE THAN WELCOME TO CONTACT ME FOR PROOF.
