We cannot thank the team at Greenwood’s in Whitchurch. They have been absolutely amazing from start to finish of our purchase. Even through hard times of dealing with delays and problems further up the chain away from ourselves they always maintained high service standards, and always kept the communication consistent throughout. The team always made sure they put in everything they could into supporting ourselves through a very stressful time. Thank you Pete and everyone in the branch, we thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the last 4/5months.

I bought and sold my first property with Greenwoods. Phil and Chloe were both really knowledgable and guided me through buying and selling my first home with them. After I bought my house, Phil kindly gave advice when I was doing it up as to what would add value to it. When I sold my property, based on the good experience I had buying and afterwards with their advice, I decided to list it with them. Chloe took excellent photos and my property sold with its first viewing with her! Phil has excellent knowledge of the local area which really helped when selling the property. We had a very positive experience with Greenwoods, despite our purchase taking over a year to complete. It was all very stressful but Phil Marsh was highly professional, patient and reassuring throughout and a pleasure to deal with. I must also mention that Greenwoods were always easy to get hold of, which has not always been my experience with estate agents in the past and was a source of frustration when there was a time critical issue to resolve. I would highly recommend them.
