Does not work in Europe

We Got a grounding mat, but we cannot use it. It does not fit a European socket.
Our Hole is too Big.
You write that we can use a travel kit, but the kits we have are meant for us travelling abroad.
We cannot even buy an EU to US transformer, because it only make sence for an American.
Why don’t you stop selling to Europe, or give us a pin we can use.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive the grounding mat and find that it doesn’t fit your European socket.

Our grounding products only connect to the ground (earth) port of an outlet and do not use electricity, so they should work in any country as long as the outlet is properly grounded. We also provide EU plugs that fit European sockets.

Upon checking your order, it appears that the wrong plug type was selected during checkout. No worries—I have arranged to send you a new EU plug so it will fit your socket properly and you can start enjoying the benefits of grounding. I sent the order confirmation to your email as well.

Also, electrical outlet designs can vary across different European countries and homes. If the outlet you are using has a slightly different structure or if the adapter does not make proper contact with the grounding connection, the mat may not ground correctly.

In situations like this, an alternative option is to use a grounding rod. A grounding rod can be placed directly into the earth outside your home and connected to the grounding mat or sheet using the provided cord. This creates a direct earth connection and ensures the mat functions as intended, even if the wall outlet cannot provide a proper ground.

We were expecting at least a full sheet…

We were expecting at least a full sheet to cover our beds instead we received 2 very thin narrow strips that are doing nothing for better sleep. It covers our shoulder area but thats about all the coverage there is. We cannot see the metal threads that are supposed to be in the material because its so flimsy. I suspect we have been scammed.

March 19/1926 Part 2. Opted for the 60% refund and accepted the fact that I have been scammed out of 40% of my money. They should have honoured my full return at their expense like most companies would and refunded my full amount. In my opinion, They know they have a fraudulent product that they cant back up in a court of law. This was the easiest route to take to at least get part of my money returned. Never again.

Do not buy from this Company!

The sheet arrived and my husband and I tried it for a couple of weeks. Noticed absolutely no difference at all. Sent 2 emails trying to get a return/refund and no response. Dodgy company. Do not buy from here. Phone contact not even a real number. A disgrace of a company if you can call it that. Do not buy from them!!!!

I ordered the promotion of 2 sheets and mat was missing

I ordered the promotion of 2 sheets and the grounding mat was free. I received the sheets but not the mat. I emailed the company 3 times with no response! I am going to request a full refund due to the poor customer service and buy it elsewhere. Only because I have been treated so poorly that I lost confidence with this company. If only they would send the mat as part of my order, as it was their error but I have been ignored!

Brilliant customer service!

I hope they advertise honestly

I hope they advertise honestly. The picture showed a thick pile of bedsheet. In reality its a v narrow thin piece of material that covers less than 20 % of the bed. For the price, its v expensive especially since the effect is not quantifiable. After using for 1month, I dont feel any difference.

Added comments: I tried to locate details on how to return but it looked like I will need to post it all the way to the US and the cost of the return will negate the refund. I love my bed sheet

I love my bed sheet. It has this marvelous texture, it feels so soft and fresh. In a short time my body and mind relaxes and gets warm ( I am always cold, because I have very bad circulation).
I wake up with out pain, and more relax, I sleep better, even deeper.

After investing significant time, effort, and resources into promoting this project, I did not receive the affiliate commissions that, according to our agreement, should have been paid.
At this point, this is no longer just a delay issue — it raises serious concerns about accountability and commitment.

You think you're paying extra for a…

You think you're paying extra for a quality product.. you're not! The extra expense is in the shipping and custom clearance. Our mistake ordering the wrong size, I wanted one for Christmas and sent my husband the link, he ordered a kingsize but after a long wait for delivery it arrived as a USA Kingsize, so please read the blurb before ordering. As it was a long and expensive process to return the item, over £20 on shipping & £30 customs we went ahead with the return and in the meantime ordered a replacement UK Kingsize. New order arrived within 3 weeks but we still haven't received a refund after over 7 weeks from post office return date.

Disappointing

We have been using our Groundingwell bed sheet for a month now and have not found anything beneficial about it. Our sleeping patterns are just as bad and we don’t feel any different. In our opinion they’re not worth the money.

This actually works, worth trying.

Excellent product I feel the benefit after using the mat for only a couple of weeks. It was recommended by a friend.
Definitely helps me to have a better sleep and seems to have improved my sore knee. I use the mat in my bed as rarely take time to sit long enough.
