The custom diamond I ordered for my ring was not held as requested and replaced with a different diamond. I was shocked and unhappy. GB is now trying to rectify this problem.

Nice diamonds but disappointing quality for settings
Ordered pair of 2tcw earrings in platinum settings. The diamonds look great. The settings, however, are a different story. They are cheap and not well-made. When we got the earrings, my wife put them on, and the push-back would not slide far enough to allow the earrings to sit snug on her ears. But even worse, when she tried to take them off, the pushback would not move. It took us over two hours to get the earrings off. When I wrote customer service, they said I could return the pushbacks, and they would send new ones "if they were in stock" but otherwise we would have to wait until they got new ones in stock. So, we're stuck with a pair of lovely diamond earrings that we cannot use while we wait--for how knows how long--for the company to send pushbacks that actually work. Love the diamonds but otherwise extremely disappointed.

My husband has bought me many things, but one in particular was a ruby ring surrounded by diamonds and one of the diamonds came out 3times. Grown brilliance took the ring back and credited the money back to our account. My husband just used that credit toward a new ring. Can't wait to see it!

The 5 stone anniversary ring is very pretty and has exactly the look I wanted. I do wish the gold setting was a bit more substantial but that has no real bearing on the overall look, style and beauty of the ring, which is classic and timeless.

9 month old ring and diamonds falling out
Ordered an engagement ring 9 months ago. Have worn it for the past 7 months, and a side stone already fell out (no trauma or damage). The cost to replace it is $200 and the “lifetime warranty” is useless. I wish I didn’t buy my wedding band as well from them now knowing what I know.

High quality beautifully designed
This is the 2nd purchase I made. I love the ear cuffs. There's nothing so detailed, and uniquely designed on the market. Competitor ear cuffs are very simple and boring looking, whereas Grown Brilliance pay attention to the unique details. These cuffs are covered in diamonds on 3 sides. Love their products.

I purchased the graduated engagement ring and while back and now decided to purchase the matching band. The band is much smaller size and doesn't match well at all. And for the price of the band alone I expected something much better.
