Goods not received. Item seems to be held up with the courier for several days and the tracking is not very informative.

Great service grow media slightly expensive for delivery

Easy to order, had exactly what I wanted, plant magic soil and 100l perlite. Delivered quickly, only thing I'm not happy about is the £5 surcharge per bag of growing media. £3.50 or £4 per bag would have been fair . Paid £25 delivery for 5 bags of growing media. A bit too steep i think.

The product range is excellent

The product range is excellent, and in my case, the click-and-collect experience went smoothly. There was an issue with the product, but GroWorks resolved it quickly and effortlessly, giving me full confidence to use them again. Great business with great people delivering a fantastic experience.

Poor wrapping for delivery

Package and delivery cost £7.95. Item was delivered only in bubble wrap and it tooks many days to arrive. It was 2 light bulbs 120cm long so it should be send with extra care but it wasn’t. Both of the not working.
