our seats were amazing, the game was amazing and they replied to my emails quickly. Only gripe is that i paid €189 per ticket and ticket price was €108. They are ticket resellers but it's a bit of a difference. Although all of that was forgotten as the Barca scored the 6th goal!

Overpriced!!!
We bought tickets for Athletico Madrid v Valencia football match on Sunday 5 March. We paid EUR85.00 per ticket plus EUR12.00 booking fee, total EUR 182.00. When the tickets were emailed to us the face value of the ticket were EUR 40.00 plus EUR 2.00 service fee each, TOTAL EUR84.00!!! Also when we looked at the pricing structure of the stadium the highest price ticket was only EUR80.00!!!! So why charge EUR85.00!!!!
There was also a lot of confusion as to how the tickets were going to be delivered. Originally they were going to be delivered to the place where we were staying in Madrid. When I did a live chat with the agent they were quite sharp and said they were email tickets! I also requested a change of email address as we did not have access to the email when we were away. They confirmed the email address had been updated, but the tickets arrived at the original email, luckily before we flew to Madrid!

Great service
I ordered tickets for Arsenal-Chelsea match and everything went well. We stayed at private apartment with no reception office so the person delivering the tickets called me a day before and we set up a meeting place close to my location, very cool. Recommended!

Great apart from delivery
Seats were great and it was an amazing experience. The tickets arrived a day before the match however the tickets weren't in a proper envelope but an open one. The person delivering the tickets was explaining the seating and how it's a great location but he then went on to offer more tickets. I'd rather we got a closed envelope delivered and with the tickets arriving earlier than one day before the match.

Real Madrid tickets
Was a bit dubious because I was being told the tickets would be sent via email 24 hours before the match and I was travelling with my son from England. There was no need, the tickets were sent as promised and the seats were perfect. Would definitely use again without hesitation

I purchased tickets for myself and two young sons for Real Madrid vs Malaga January 2017 , when my tickets arrived via e ticket to my horror one ticket was in different section of the stadium , after a brief conversation with Andrei he assured me that it would be all sorted with in the hour , and true to his word it was , fantastic customer service and we are already planning our trip for next year to dortmund and I will absolutely use this company again thanks again .
