Total thieves. Stole $288.14 from me and never delivered on goods, doesn't even respond to email or calls.

I wanted to buy tickets for the Champions League first qualifying round for my boyfriend's birthday on the 15th of February (Bayern - Arsenal). The only possible option was to buy a ticket on websites that were reselling tickets. I researched a lot and, although Guarantee Tickets was 20-30€ more expensive than its concurrent, I chose them because of their "good" ratings here (before... The service seems to have changed these last 2 months). The other ones had very poor ratings and awful stories.

We were very scared that something would go wrong until the day before the game as it was lots of money (400€). However, everything went according to what they had told us and they even sent us an online ticket because we weren't in the town the night before. It was very convenient.

Moreover, I got in contact with their customer service many times just to double and triple check things and they were very professional and fast to answer.

Great experience with Guarantee Tickets, great seat with an awesome view on the field and great game!

DO NOT.!!!! Purchase any tickets here this is a scam page paid 569 euro for Real Madrid vs Sevilla 2 months prior to the game they said I would receive an email with my ticket confirmation number or I would receive them at the hotel where I'm staying I took a 13 hour flight to Madrid and received no tickets or email and the number they provide is not a valid number and they do not reply with any emails

I bought 2 tickets for the clasico April 23, and paid with my credit card
Two weeks before the game I was informed that Guarantee tickets cancelled my order. They promise that a refund will be made to my credit card. It is a month since that letter and no refund has been made to my card.

I purchased two tickets for Real vs Barça match (El Clasico - April 23rd) through Guarantee Tickets site (order 26782) and the staff told me more than once (via online chat) everything was fine. However, I received a message from GT on April 9th informing that it wouldn't be possible to provide the order and that I would be refunded. I reproduce the full message below (Liuca Yonaha is my wife):

"Dear Liuca Yonaha
unfortunately, we are unable to provide the order you have requested.
Therefore, your order number 26782 has been canceled. Our team will process a refund to your account.
Please disregard all previous emails you have received from us.

Sincerely
Guarantee Tickets Team"

Unfortunately, the quickness GT has shown to ask for payment is far from being the same to refund its customers, as I can realize through reviews from many other customers in the same situation. One month has passed since this message above, and no money has been brought back on our credit card.

I only want to make sure Guarantee Tickets will follow its own "Refunds and Returns Policy", which says: "Customers will receive 100% money back if an order is confirmed, but tickets are not supplied." Otherwise, I'll be forced to sue GT.

Do not ever use this company. Terrible customer service and now they have cancelled my order, and I have not got a refund.

Like everyone else I ordered tickets for Real Madrid vs Barcelona match. It was cancelled on April 9th and I am not able to contact the seller since then.

Ordered a ticket to a man united match. The only thing they were quick at was taking the money. Otherwise they never delivered the tickets, never replied to the 10+ emails I've sent them, never answered their hotline and ironically the live chat wasn't working. DO NOT buy from this site. They're either scammers or have horrible at running a business.

I didn't get my tickets either
I have just claimed a refund from my credit card .... they have refunded me without any problems... hopefully you can all do the same ....also for anyone who has paid by debit card (with the visa logo on it) you can claim a charge back into your account good luck all x

Two AC Milan and Inter Milan tickets were canceled a week earlier and all their accounts were deleted

I ordered match tickets for Chelsea v Southhampton 22nd April 2017.
This was a present for my grandson, he is very disappointed.
I never received these tickets.
Under no circumstances use this company.
IT CAN SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Same story as the long list of the previous compliants: promised expensive tickets over 1000 euros, trip from Warsaw, hotel booking, last minute advise about the cancellation. There must be a legal protection in the net over such sites.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS BANDITOS !!! Everybody is to check twice the authenticity of the source of such suppliers. I have good experience with Viagogo, Ticketpro.

Cancelled order and no refund after a 2 weeks of emails.

Same happened to me.. Got an e-mail on april 9th that my order had been cancelled. Were in contact with the company 2 weeks earlier since my game had been posponed, and everything seemed fine at the moment. I even changed my flight and hotel reservation.. I,m really sad about this, hope everything will clear out soon..

I have just been let down for Chelsea vs Sunderland tickets which I bought months in advance. Been told that the order has been cancelled, my brother is in tears over this. I cannot reach any helpline of theirs, it is just not acceptable!!!

i bought a ticket for madrid vs munich game on 18/03/2017 and after i got the confirmation and i sent them the hotel address.. they sent me a mail saying that order is cancelled.. thi no refund happened yet and they aren't answering nor in the live chat nor in the customer service number.. now i bought flight tickets and booked a hote for nothing.. i wont recommend it to anyone.. do not use this website
