Octopus Legacy, formerly known as Guardian Angel, is the place to plan for death and find support after a loss. When people think about planning for death they think about wills, life insurance and funerals. We take these cold processes and turn them into something much more human. Share more than money: leave voice notes, music, recipes and videos. Shape a legacy that connects you while you're here. And after you're gone. Founded by Sam after his mum died suddenly, we’re a group of people who work in death because we’ve been affected by it. We know the difference a good plan makes, and what it’s like when there isn’t one. Death can come between us, leave mess, legal fees, frustration. But it can also connect us. We see a world where people talk openly about death, and work out the real meaning of legacy, one that connects to them. We’re here to make that world happen.

Please don’t use this company as they are the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. You can’t get through on the phone, you leave a message and no one gets back to you. If you are lucky enough to speak to someone you are always told the person dealing with it is not available or in a meeting but they will pass a message on. 2 weeks later no one has returned your call. It’s a terrible company. Enquiry still ongoing after more than a year

Will amendment apt/ POA
Today we had an appointment with Vishal Patel via a video link.
He was very thorough and covered aspects that we hadn’t really thought about. So much so that after the initial consultation regarding amending both my self and my partners wills. We both decided there and then also to complete a POA as per the rationale behind it.
Vishal dealt with this for us both promptly and efficiently in a professional manner. We are both happy with this outcome as we feel there were too many loose ends. This now gives us both peace of mind that we have covered all eventuality’s.
Grateful to have decided on both of these actions.
Compassionate estate planning
I met with a compassionate Estate planner, Hardeep who was excellent at taking me with consideration through the process of writing my will. Would recommend!

I have had a really smooth and easy process writing my will. I am very pleased with the professional way all the communication has been and how quickly I received answers to any of my questions and queries. The experience has been so positive that my husband is now going to do his will as well with Octopus Legacy. Would highly recommend them.
