DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY MISLEADING AND UNHELPFUL
Booking for staff travel and the cost advertised suddenly jumped FROM £185 TO £232.71 as soon as you hit pay they add room tax. Called immediately for assistance but the advisor, was most unhelpful and said as it was confirmed it was tough! The rooms are still available and we have booked others through Booking.com
