This company have fraudulent practices

This company have fraudulent practices. The headline price was not the price I was charged. There was a massive increase which they put down as taxes and fees.

After a quick reply to my previous…

After a quick reply to my previous review, I have not received a single response after sending 2 emails, nor have I received a refund from my hotel after cancelling it because my Helene Fisher concert unexpectedly moved from Amsterdam to Arnhem.

The quick responses to bad reviews seem very nice, but it is an automated reply, because if you then communicate via the email address, you don't get a response.

Rates was different what was offered

Rates was different what was offered. It was about 19000 INR must be for one night but my Acc got debited with about 62000 INR for two nights. Too much of a difference. Debit happened without Authorisation.
It shows that it is non- refundable. This is totally unfair. Would like to get full refund and rebook somewhere else. Very bad experience. Did not expected this at all. Please help

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Customer service does not respond to emails, making it difficult to resolve any issues or requests. I would not recommend using this service for business trips, as obtaining invoices appears to be impossible. If you need reliable communication and proper documentation for expenses, this platform may not be suitable.

Still no reply to my reaching out.

I'm waiting to read that paragraph again in response to this!!

Thank heavens I only booked one night a not a fortnight.

Well as requested I reached out to the company after posting my review so they could resolve the situation.

No response.

Still more good 2 word reviews appearing, which is exactly what they posted on my behalf without my knowledge, and why I rectified it.

Despite cutting and pasting your original response again, asking me to reach out. I have already done so and received no reply. I assume you hope this will look good to other potential customers. I hope they are not taken in like I was.
