I ordered multiple pairs of glssses and paid extra for expedited shipping. I got a notice the next day that my order had shipped, but the shipping info has not updated since 8 days ago and I have not been provided with an update, despite emailing 3 times. This is not the experience I expected, especially when paying additional for quicker shipping and coming straight to the company rather than ordering on Amazon. I will not order from Gunnar again and based on this experience, will not recommend my friends or family do either.

A bit disappointed in the lack of communication and turnaround time.

I didn't find an option to track the progress of my order, and had no idea of the status UNTIL I received an email asking to confirm the type of lenses I wanted.

Prior and after, I did get DAILY advertisements from Gunnar about other glasses.

I still waiting to hear back from your support department. This is extremely disappointing ! I placed my order and the very next day a special was offered to your email list. I asked to have that special of free glasses extended to me.
I also sent a copy of the email I received and have yet to receive a response. Definitely a one star for poor customer service.

The company's response to inquiries was fast and speedy. The purchase process on the website was amazing.

However my order was delayed. And they said they reached out to me, that they "have been trying to get ahold of me" but I never got any correspondence from them. I was a little upset because of the delay trump gets into office and tarriffed my glasses so I had to pay more to get it around the border. Purchases glasses last year. Correspondence took over a month to finally get finished

Adding detailed description defining the type of material that the lenses are made of would be helpful. A virtual try on feature or people with various face shape would help.

The Gunnar Glasses turned out to be everything I asked for and more.

Didn't expect to pay duty fees of $30... won't be buying from you guys again. Interested to see if the glasses actually arrive as I keep getting pinged on my phone by FEDex that I havent paid the duty fees --- and I already did.

I am amazed at the quick production and shipping service. I’m not sure if they planned it but my sunglasses were shipped and I was waiting on my prescription glasses to be made, I received confirmation that the sunglasses delivered and when I checked the mail I saw that both the sunglasses and prescription arrived at the same time, I was amazed by the ship times. I am in love with these glasses. Best ones I have ever ordered. This was my first purchase and I very satisfied.

It was annoying how many emails I received from your company before even receiving the product. Like chill. Let me get the glasses before you bombard my email box. I’ve unsubscribed from your list last two times I got a mail and well here we are. Right now I would tell others your company is annoying. I’m still willing to give the product a fair shake but I don’t appreciate the aggressive marketing.

Easy to track easy site

The quality of the glasses is really nice. I wear these every night for several hours before bed. I love them. I will probably get another pair at some point for a back up pair.

I bought one pair for the computer (+1) and regular ones for TV because I have dry eye. LOVE THESE GLASSES!
