I work in IT, and spend a lot of time looking at computer screens. I have always experienced systems strain and headaches at the end of my work day. Decided to give Gunnar glasses a try after being recommended from various online content creators. Definitely worth the money, headaches are gone, no more eye strain, truly a game changer.

The variety of glasses Gunnar makes is amazing. They all look very distinctive. I snared what I'd call a highly-functional pair (blue blocking) when they were on sale, and was very happy. I actually wear them over "readers" when appropriate, and they're very comfortable.

Ordered a pair of glasses in December 2024 for me on my husband’s account. Barely received them this evening and they were completely wrong. The frames were not the ones I ordered and the lenses were incorrect as well. Sent an email letting them know and waiting on a response. They are prescription and needed badly.

I ordered during thanksgiving / Holiday season & amongst the California Fires. Terry from Customer service was courteous, informative and assured me on a timely fashion the status of my order. I am happy to have invested in these Amber glasses, I really have been enjoying the look and feel of them. They really do reduce eye strain if you work at night.

Don't have my glasses yet after 45 days.

Ordered without an issue, provided my Rx within 3 days.

No updates provided till I reached out after 30 days from date of order. Told it would be 4-5 weeks from date of order not 2-3 weeks as quoted.

I baulked at this and was told that was an automated typo and it was 2-3 days till they shipped.

Waited 3 days, no contact by Gunnar. So I emailed again --- no response. 3 more days later told they shipped through an automated email.

Shop.com had no updates at any point. I can only hope the glasses are better than the service used to create them. Hopefully I won't need to use the warranty, I can imagine already the frustrations.

I love your product and have another pair I bought off Amazon years ago that I still have and use, but it’s INSANE that I added a $45 pair of glasses and when I got to checkout it was $85 - charging $30 for shipping is just unethical, and I almost cancelled my purchase. In the end I bought a $10 case that I didn’t need or want to qualify for “free shipping”, but the obvious upsale has soured your brand for me. The product is good, the shady business practices are not.

The glasses arrived when they were supposed to and the look and feel great.

It took a very long time to get my prescription glasses. They were nice enough to ship them 2nd day air once they were completed. I actually got my insurance reimbursement before I got the glasses.

You guys take 5+ weeks to make Rx glasses. That is NOT acceptable. When people NEED Rx glasses to see the world and function.

Website is good, but I was hoping to be able to quickly find the glasses that had the solid nose-piece (instead of those small rubber pieces that put impressions in my nose). Would be great if they added a filter that separated the types of nose pieces. Also, I would have liked to see more colors instead of mostly black and gray crystal (that gray crystal is beautiful though). And more variety in colors for the readers too. I have two pair of gunnars and love them both. They are comfortable and do a good job when I work on the computer all day.

I already own gunnar glasses and I've enjoyed them so much Ive decided to grab some more because I think you guys deserve more support.

I still don’t have the package. UPS said it would be delivered today and after 30 mins on the phone they have no update. They think it’s still in California. They have NO ETA.
