My order was placed on 10/24/24 and was “delivered” to me on 11/27/24. The correct pair of glasses have yet to arrive as of today 12/12/24 because it was shipped to the wrong customer from their lab according to customer service.

My prescription glasses came today ... And they are FANTASTIC!!! They feel good and look amazing!!!

I honestly love that the frames come with a fiber cloth. You guys aren’t like the other companies

I have been using your glasses for years. All of my experiences have been great. I sat on my last pair and fear the damage to the hinges made it useless to ask for repairs. So I opted for another pair of fallout33 frames which are sturdier than the Pendleton. I did enquire as to how much longer it would be before I received them as they were driving at night? They got right back to me and let me know they were almost on the way. The shipping information was a bit lagging but that's due to the holidays. Cheers

I loved the frames designs. Very light a sturdy. It’s easy on my nose bridge when compared to other frames. The lightness is a HUGE PLUS. No Issue with any of my frames & glasses from GUNNAR! I loved everyone I bought. The clip on are so well made, easy to put onto my frames & it is very comfortable. I highly recommend these glasses & frames.

Poor customer service! We requested expediting the order as we needed the glasses before leaving town for a major medical procedure. They promised attention to the order and assured us they would be delivered in time. The order was delayed within the company and then wasn't given to USPS for a day or two. Very disappointing.

I recently placed an order through the official website after receiving an email with a discount code. Unfortunately, I forgot to apply the code at checkout and finalized the payment without it.

When I realized my mistake, I promptly reached out to the customer service team via email, hoping they could honor the discount. However, I received excuses as to why they couldn’t uphold the discount. I then requested a refund so I could reorder using the code, but they failed to respond to my request.

The lack of support and communication is extremely disappointing. This experience has left me dissatisfied and unlikely to recommend their service.
