Waiting for parcel 5 days,then they told me what delivery failed due to wrong address information, after contacting the customer service wait for another 3 days and have to collect it by myself from delivery depo 30 minutes drive each way,very nice service

I have contacted you 2 days after you placed the order once I saw that ParcelForce courier service could not deliver it due to what they had on the tracking information as “insufficient address.” I advised you to contact ParcelForce directly using your tracking number and either re-arrange a delivery or collect from your local depot as you deemed necessary.
