The barre is really good
I bought a ballet barre and it is really good, as advertised. It appeared to have been in storage for some time so bit dusty. Free delivery is great but having my package delivered to the building next door not so much.

Fair quality, not great service
The product seems quite good quality, though some of the seams don’t align and advice from the after sales team is that they “should be ok”. Instructions were not in understandable English which is annoying. Our daughter loves the mat though and has hardly been off it.

Purchased a few months ago for my daughters (7&10) and I’m really happy with the quality. Well made and strong enough to handle a 100kg man child. Happy I chose the 2m width so the kids don’t fall off the side accidentally. No bottoming out with the 20cm thickness.

Solid Incline bench
This bench is solid enough for a heavy workout. Doesn’t move around & adjusts easily. Long enough for a tall person (I’m 6’4 and my head rests nicely on the bench.)

Above and beyond customer service
I had initially ordered the dancing pole a few months back however I had numerous issues with the courier company. Having gotten no where with the courier, I contacted Gym Plus customer support and they were beyond amazing. They issued a refund as soon as the package was eventually marked as lost, shipped out the product again and it came the next day after dispatch!
I’m so grateful for them turning this experience around with their superb customer service and will definitely be happy to purchase from them again now that they’ve changed courier companies.

Got my pole dancing crash mat super quick. Ordered on the 10th of sep and got it on the 15th. The mat itself was on sale and the cheapest I could find in general and it’s huge. Good quality and love that it has handles. Shipping was free too! Outstanding experience thank you!

When resent we received it within a couple days. They even gave a follow up call to ensure we have received goods.
The items are great quality and will purchase again now they have sourced a new shipping company.
