Order was cancelled due to unforeseen…
I had placed an order for a ballet bar, all reasonably priced; bar and postage. Due to my location, the order was cancelled.
Demonstration of good customer service by reaching out and advising by email the reason for cancellation would have been appreciated. I hope this will be practiced in the future for other customers. Circumstances and situations can add an additional layer of difficulty to the online shopping realm, people are understanding, but communication will always be key.
