Terrible customer service

First time when I bought the products, I was hesitant but after waiting for few weeks I had recieved them and used them and was happy woth the outcome; so I ordered again. This time not receiving the items as I ordered and it took over a month to reach me! Also customer service was very poor and didn't refund me. I finally had my order sent as per them but I haven't recieved it upto now! Its over a month now. Its very inconvenient and the products second time weren't as good, seems fake.

So I loved the products until my last…

So I loved the products until my last few orders weren't fulfilled after months, delayed customer service with different answers about the delay and shipments and the fact they still haven't refunded me after 45 days. I will never use them again for this poor customer service. I found A hey and g7 as replacements with better customer service.

Not delivered after twice the delivery time estimate

Order number 10168130.

On 7th May I got an email that said "LR318315405NL (Other - Standard Shipping and Handling 5 - 7 Days (Registered Parcel Delivered by Local Post Office))"

Surely that means delivery by 14th May? It's now the 26th May.

The first meaninful tracking update was: The shipment is handed over in the final conclusion of the item to be confirmed - May 22 2025 01:13 pm

They didn't even ship it until eight days after their maximum delivery time estimate.

I tried emailing and their auto-response is to warn me not to email again, otherwise they'll answer me later. When the finally did answer it was a useless reply without any real information.

I ordered Mayraki hair products, it took so long for shipping. When I got the product I wasn’t satisfied with it. They don’t answer the phone, only through email.
I sent the product back and still haven’t gotten my money back to my credit card.

NOBODY BUY IT NOBODY TRY IT DANGEROUS

It almost killed me! The product is dangerous! I am sure that it contains some kind of dye ingredients. Even though I tested on only one square centimeter piece of my face it burnt my skin on the half of my face and caused serious allergic symptons, brutal allergic reaction and contact dermatitis, half of my face putrefied. A dermatologist saved me, I had to take antibiotics for a week and use steroidal ointment for 2 weeks. The product deserves ZERO stars definitely! The list of ingredients is fake, I found with help of Google that it contains DMDM hydantoin that causes serious allergic reactions and cancer. NOBODY BUY IT NOBODY TRY IT!

Following customer feedback and ongoing research, this ingredient was completely removed from our formulation for almost 2 years ago and replaced with Sodium Benzoate, which is derived from naturally occurring benzoic acid. It can be found in many plants, including cinnamon, cloves, tomatoes, berries, plums, apples, and cranberries, a widely used and much gentler preservative commonly found in both food and personal care products. Our full ingredient list is available on our website and product packaging, and we follow international cosmetic labeling regulations to ensure transparency.

We also want to clarify that our Anti-Gray Hair Treatment is not a hair dye. It does not contain any ammonia, peroxide, or chemical coloring agents. Instead, it works by supporting the scalp and hair roots to help gradually restore natural color through botanical extracts, such as Polygonum Multiflorum and Coffea Arabica — ingredients that are traditionally used to support healthy hair and melanin activity.

That said, we fully recognize that every individual’s skin may react differently, even to plant-based products. While most customers find our formula gentle and non-irritating, we always recommend conducting a patch test before use — which you did, and we're very sorry to hear it still resulted in an adverse reaction. Massive Hair fall after using the product for couple months

Since I start using the anti grey hair, my hair started thinning and massive hair fall. This never happened to my hair before. All of the shampoo and conditioner I am using were all natural to avoid hair fall, not even touched my hair with heat. After using the antigrey hair, my hair started to fall. A lot of hair fall. I am discontinuing :(

Hair Mayraki did contacted me, but as soon as I asked them to just refund me the last unopened/unused bottle on May 13th, they promised to contact me back as soon as possible. But I doubt it that they will refund me the money because it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything anymore from them. Goodluck buying their products.

Most products worked

Most of the products worked as described. I liked the keratin treatment and the hair growth worked well for hubby. His hair is looking thicker and he said he’s noticed less falling out.

I however did not like the anti-gray hair color restoring treatment. At left my hair sticky, stained countertops and towels, and I did not see any change in the new growth.

Another issue is their return policy. I ordered some items and the shipping was taking too long so I canceled it, but didn’t receive a refund. I contacted customer service and they said it can take up to 10 business days. Over 10 business days passed and still no refund. I contacted customer service and they said they needed more time. Felt like they were delaying so I’d forget. A few more days past, still no refund. Only reason I got a refund was I filed an action with my credit card. Funny they immediately charged, but not issue refund.

Despite my previous review and response from Hair Mayraki - NOT only did they send the products after cancelling it months later, they asked me to send it back on my dime and NEVER Refunded me. Total Scam.....Walk away before you waste $65

Would give "0" stars if possible. Ordered a kit on 02/20/2025 (Order #10162926). Inquired in 02/27/2025 for order status. "Mike" replied they would 'expedite' our order and "notify by email once the order is shipped." Still nothing. So, on 03/05/2025 we requested they cancel the unfulfilled order and refund our purchase price. "Mike" again replied he would "check with the warehouse team" and if it hadn't shipped they'd cancel the order and "we will update you immediately." To date (03/25/2025) we have received nothing and been notified of nothing.

Our only conclusion is this is a scam with a lot of fake Trustpilot reviews. Our reality is we're out the $65 and are actively working with their State Attorney General as well as federal authorities to file a interstate wire fraud complaint against whomever is behind this scam.

Bad experience

So i finally received it, after a month!!!
The product is very hard to use!
After washing your hair with culifir shampoo, you need to add the product to your completely dry hair.. You need to stay with it for 60 or 90 minutes, no rinse your hair, and with the product on, to dry and iron on your hair. Here is the problem: your hair is SO sticky and hard that you can't brush it!
It feels like you have a glue on your hair!! The hair is sticky, hard and heavy. I had to add some water in so I can brush it a little bit. The total process is a nightmare!!
At the finish, you need to leave it for 48 hours with heavy sticky feeling. The hair is heavy and still feels sticky.. also you will get a dandruff from the sticky product you have on your hair for the next 48 hours. Be sure to make it when you don't have a plan for the next two days. Also the product has a strong smell and fumes when you blow dry and iron it, so make sure to do it outside.
I will not buy it again. Too long time to receive it and very long and messy proces. Very disappointed..

Do not make the same mistake like most…

Do not make the same mistake like most of us did so avoid this company by any means possible. I placed an order on 18/02/2025 and still not received my order. I contacted mayraki to update me on my order and no one has responded yet. I sent another email and that again landed on deaf ear. It seems that this company is a scam. I’m going to contact my bank to ask them to reverse the transaction since I didn’t receive any thing.
So avoid this company if you don’t want to lose your money.

It has been a MONTH but not shipped yet

It has been a MONTH since I made an order but the item is not shipped yet. Customer support answers on average after 4-5 days, the answer is they will look up the order and try to help me, but after that, they disappear. Asking for a refund, but can't get neither the product or money back :))
Better to play casino roulette with this money, at least you will know you've lost.

*****100% honest review*****Anti-Grey Hair Color Restoring Treatment. For those seeking a non-opinionated and factual review. Here you go!

1. Results: I will cut to the chase...This product DID NOT WORK, and this product ended up COSTING me more money in more ways than I had anticipated. The product did not stimulate melanin production in the hair follicle. Nor did it regenerate melanocytes to regenerate at the root. Upon inspection (plucking the hair and looking at it under magnification) I have observed that of the 124 hairs plucked and examined there was NO HAIR COLOR REVERSAL, EXCEPT for 1 single hair.
2. The product only 'stained' the hairs to a dull and unnatural brown/grey color on the outermost parts of the hair (above the skin). I have black hair, which means the stain did not replicate my natural hair color. Upon further inspection, the color coating could even be removed from the hair with some friction and the white hair exposed once again. This would indicate that the product will not even absorb correctly into the hair itself.
3. Timeframe: The product label states that it requires at least 3 to 4 weeks for results. I did not receive noticeable results within this time. As mentioned, I kept going for 93 days.
4. Messy: The product stained my fingers, towels and pillowcases. It could not be removed from these items by washing with detergent. Costing me additional money to remedy or replace.
5. This product did not work on my top hair nor my beard. Although this product is not marketed for use on the beard, it's where most of my grey hairs are. Making this product less useful to me as a result.
6. This company seems to use deceptive and perhaps legal language to distinguish itself as a "non-pigment" coloring that "restores" hair to its natural color. This is not the case for me. At best, this product will temporarily coating the hair and make a mostly color-tinged illusion of melanated hair.
7. OVERALL: I do not recommend this product. The messaging seems dishonest, and the results are at best superficial.

This company doesn't even ship you the product, they just take the money. don't answer the email, if they answer the email its not an naswer on the question you had. Seem like a full out scam, better buy GR-7 that product works

I have rarely if ever left reviews for…

I have rarely if ever left reviews for company's, however, my experience with Mayraki has been incredibly poor. I actually have not used their products, though I tried. However, the company could not sort out mailing address and billing address. They sent my products to the billing address and would not resend to my mailing address. They actually told me to deal with UPS and they were not willing to do anything about it. I have requested a full refund as i will never see the product but have not heard back from them.
