I NEVER leave reviews but I was just so impressed with the abaya I bought from Halal Threads.

Girlies, when I tell you that I've been paying £150+ for abayas and would get tired of buying from brands that charge so much but the quality is so bad. I took a gamble on this brand first time after hearing it from my friend who told me the packaging was so lovely and giftable. I’m honestly so shocked at the quality, it was the same material as the ones I got from Dubai and the price was so so reasonable. £15 for a 2 piece set? And the packaging I love, love, love!!

Delivery was fast (got it next day as promised) but I know this might be a small business but they are actually so professional with the packaging and the communications.

I bought an abaya from Halal Threads advertised as premium nida but when it arrived, the quality was like what is sold in the markets. I returned the item and asked for a refund, they advised that they only accept exchanges. I asked to exchange for another product but have not heard back. I’ve been following up for 6 weeks via email and WhatsApp but to no avail. They took my money and I got no product! They are thieves. Avoid!

Avoid.... sent with a huge hole..... ignored all my emails..... this is not how you treat your customers.

I got items on next day delivery which did not arrive on time. I was told I would get 2 free gifts and was charged for one of them. They don't respond to emails and I have to pay so much to return the items and they won't even give a refund.

Ordered some hijabs from them for my mum. They came on time next day delivery with an extra perfume and a free prayer hat. Thank you so much.
Hijab quality was excellent.
